I have been ordering from these guys for almost a decade. Originally, when I lived at home with my parents in Lawrenceville, my parents would order from Food Shuttle every Friday night. We would always order from Dynasty (it is AMAZING) and Longhorn Steakhouse. Now I live in Vinings with my husband and we use them over here now. Even though they have more competitors these days, they still have the best selection of restaurants in town. I am writing this review because last night, they gave me a free dessert with my meal??? When I called them and asked why, they said it was because I had been such a great customer! I mean who does that these days? These guys are really top notch. I highly recommend this service!

I just stumbled upon these guys the other night as I was searching for food delivery on Google. I was a little skeptical to try them because I had never heard of them before but to make a long story short, I’m glad I did. I will definitely be ordering from Food Shuttle again in the future because they have Ted’s Montana Grill on their menu and that’s one of my favorite restaurants. I am giving them 4 stars just because I think they could use more restaurants on their site but overall, I would say they are a very solid service and I would recommend them.

After placing an order, I realized that they charge considerable more than the restaurants themselves. This price increase is on top of a delivery fee as well as an included 15% tip. I then called to ask about the price difference and the employee became irate then cancelled my order. WTF??? I have never had this happen before, but I won’t lose sleep. Just beware of these people. They are nothing but rip offs.
