The Food Hall inside the City Foundry is a wonderful inside dining venue with 16 unique local entrepreneur restaurants. Open & airy with plenty of space to dine & socialize. It seems like the perfect perpetual “Taste of St.Louis” experience.

I think a lot of people don’t seem to understand beer hall style dining, so there were lots of people taking up excessive space while buried in their phones. But if you can find a group that looks approachable and ask for a spot, it’s a great environment. Was so fun for my kid to choose from so many fun and varied options. Many of the lines were extremely long and all places had very high prices given the quality (C+) and quantity (B+). You’re definitely paying for the atmosphere, which gets an A.

Visiting St Louis, was staying near Convention enter, it was recommended we try the Foodhall. We took the metro to Grand Ave and walked a few blocks-very east. It was a Monday night so it was quiet there but there was a good selection of food choices. We tried Toasted (as in Toasted Ravioli). Food was good. Highly recommend going to Foodhall. But also walk up Vanderventer to laclede for so other good local choices.

First time here but very surprised by the food options and how busy it was. We had empanadas from Buenos Aires, wookie fries at intergalactic and a sandwich at subdivision! All was excellent and will definitely be a regular!
