According to my 10 year old daughter, you make the best pizza she’s ever tasted! I guess she’s a fan of focaccia 🙂 On our end, the food was ok. Good beer selection, but the food was rather bland for us. Amazing fries and mac n cheese.

Anything Hank whips up is sure to please, and excel. He cooks for the people, and his staff help carry the establishments awesome vibes of being something great without being snobby or rude. Proud to see this place representing the the man and his passion for making something good, and accessible without cutting any quality corners. This stuff is straight fire. I’ve had just about everything on the menu and it never disappoints. Made from scratch daily breads and the local ingredients really shine in all the recipes. The local brewery’s on tap (20 taps) is a big plus. Not only is the food and service always top notch, they also offer classes (sausage making, bread making, etc) and beer pairing dinners. Definitely a highly recommended stop.

Overall, looks like a decent place to relax and have a sandwich. They offer craft beers and customer service is good. There’s a lot of space, and is very roomy and open. It appears that they have a lot of open space in their front refrigerated space, so I’m not sure what they intend to accomplish. I ordered the Wardens Western and it is phenomenal! The BBQ sauce is so tasty! When I ordered, I asked the wait time and was told “no longer than 10 minutes”. There was approximately 5 people who ordered before me. It took 15 minutes, which I found to be pretty impressive that they were able to push food out that quick. My piece of advice is to go before 1145 am otherwise you will have a little longer wait. They currently have no phone line to accept preorders.

We visited on. Thursday afternoon around d 2pm. It was not busy at all. We got our food and drinks super quickly. Good variety of beers on tap. I got the cranberry cider, and it was great. We ordered sandwiches all around. Food was excellent. So good. The jalapeno mac and cheese was just right. We also got the Filthy fries. Also excellent. Definitely coming back. Service was also great, friendly and fast.

I can’t believe I spent $20 on a “bahn mi”. Never again. I’m sure some of the other food is probably good but it’s all way overpriced for my taste. Perhaps the chef is trying to recreate the “bahn mi” in their own way but unfortunately it just ain’t it. The pickled veggies had good flavor but all in all, it ain’t anything like a bahn mi.

Tried the root beer pulled pork sandwich and a side of potato salad. Service was quick! Sandwich was good, could really taste the root beer and the slaw was a complimentary contrast. Bread was super soft and fresh. The pork itself was just a tad tough. Potato salad was decent, with nice chunks of bacon (porkstrami?) in it.
