Aside from their affordable ramen, what I like is how balance my Tan Tan Men is. Ramen from other Japanese resto comes with very thick/creamy broth which I don’t like as it can lead to umay.

I also love their gyoza, perfect for my liking. California Maki didn’t sit well with me though. It’s not bad, I think it’s lacking the sweetness from the mango. Overall, I would recommend this place.

On the outside was typical Japanese exterior with dark wood and hanging lanterns. Inside it felt so much more with additional lanterns and posters. Extensive menu selection commensurate with the moderate rates. The lot of the 8 Mix Hime set, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Kanikama Ten Maki was abundantly tasty for two (2). Truly authentic and light on the tongue. Downside was the inattentiveness of staff which Management should look into. An outside restroom. Other than that, this is deserving of another visit. And for those interested this transitions into a bar in the evening.

3 seating choices: al fresco, indoor, and omakase counter. Service was fast and friendly. Food was authentic Japanese.

Feels like I’ve stepped right into Japan. If you’re thinking of trying their menu, don’t hesitate you absolutely should.
Food check: authentic flavors that hit the spot.
Calm place check: a serene atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
Accommodating check: staff who make you feel genuinely welcome.

It was my first time there. Go thing it was not busy. They offered me the room with air-condition. The staff were so attentive and helpful.

I ordered tuna sashimi, katsu don and ebi tempura since buta bara was not yet available. Took a few minutes for my food to be served and it was good. The only downside is the ebi tempura has a raw unmixed flour inside the batter before the shrimp. But the rest was good.

Will get back soon to try other dishes in the menu.

Good food and great service!

Food is affordable and worth the price, I recommend their donburi and yakitori! I like their set-up indoors, which gives a little bit of privacy if you’re there for a date.

Although their alcohol (Whiskey/Sake/wine) is on the pricey side since it’s from Japan, they serve local beers naman.

Their servers/waitresses were very accommodating and speak Japanese & Korean too!

Would definitely come back for the remaining songs in our karaoke ticket and more alcohol~

I love Japanese food, and it’s always tastes great. I enjoy this place. It’s at Damosa in front of Sumo Hotel or near 7 eleven and potato corners. Try to visit the place and give it a try.

This is a real Japanese restaurant. The menu is wide and varied from skewers, katsu, and sashimi. The have two seating areas: karaoke which seems to mean patio and outdoor where the grill is; and Omakase which was indoors, and had AC. I am Japanese American from Los Angeles so I have high expectations. Skewers reminded me of home, but were only okay served with a sweet soy sauce. I did not try the katsu this time nor the noodles. The raw tuna was not bad and I would order this again. The salmon sashimi had a weird color but tasted fine. My Filipina gf thought it was okay. We paid about 800 per person.
