The best smash burgers! We make a point to get Food By Fire at least once a month. Now that they’ve opened up the “shed”, they have some packaged food too. I am absolutely obsessed with their pickles so I was ecstatic to see they sell them now.

The brisket sandwich is so good. Loaded with brisket and queso! The loaded nachos were amazing. Spicy but perfectly spiced. The loaded tots were loaded with queso and pulled pork. I will definitely be back to get the brussels!

We were staying in a nearby cabin and stopped by here to pickup dinner. Lucky us, they just happened to open their new indoor area, which is super nice, esp on cold evenings! We had a mix of items (burger, pulled pork, pizza, brussels). Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and timely. My pulled pork in particular was really well done. Minimal fat but not dry.

The loaded tots are a must-try and my personal favorite. My husband ordered the footlong hot dog, and it was massive—I honestly should have taken a picture!
We were also offered a warm chocolate and peanut butter cookie, and it was incredible. Melty chocolate chips with rich peanut butter flavor—so good.

Food was great but pricey. $46 for two smash burgers, fries and brussel sprouts. And that’s carry out, no seating yet. Probably won’t eat here often because of the prices but the food was genuinely really good. The young lady working the register was very nice.

I’ve had food from the truck, but was glad to see they have a brick and mortar location now. The food is yummy and they’re great folks. It’ll definitely be the happening place when the weather is warm enough to take advantage of outdoor seating. But carry out is fine for these cold days!

We literally drove 3 1/2 hours to visit this place. Absolutely delicious! The piggy back hot dog is my favorite and it takes me 3 days to eat it! My husband loves the pulled pork with house made BBQ sauce. And you should definitely check out their rare occasion breakfast menu if you get the chance! But do yourself a favor. Do not buy one of those cookies. You will regret not buying THREE! Seriously, YUM! Great folks run this place. The food is outstanding. Don’t miss this spot!!!

They provided the food for both our cocktail hour and our main reception, and it was a massive hit. Months later, our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was—in fact, there was little to nothing left by the end of the night because everyone went back for seconds!
