Had not been to Food 101 in years but was back in area so was excited to try again. We were a party of ten and the server was an outstanding young woman (sorry don’t remember name) She was attentive and seemed to always anticipate what we needed. The food was as delicious as I remember. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Great spot if you find yourself in South Hadley

It’s a nice looking place but the brunch food was not good, not seasoned at all, bacon is gross, the salad dressing is extremely acidic. Expensive for what it is. Wanted to split the bill to half cash half on card, and they somehow rounded up the total bill and didn’t bother to let me know until I realized myself.

Great little restaurant/bar the service was Exceptional. Drinks were so good friends I was with had several. Then we ordered food. The Lee Ming with names potatoes, salads, paragraphs was phenomenal. I ordered chicken salad. It was phenomenal as well. Salmon dinner also phenomenal. I highly recommend this little restaurant. You will enjoy your experience here.

I live nearby and thought I’d give it a try. This was the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to! The waiters were incredibly rude and completely ignored me and my family when we went in. We finally got seated, and they took forever to take our order. After TWO HOURS of waiting for the food, we just left.

Great meal with friends, good food and had reservation. Server was excellent and food came out hot and on time. Noise level was awful given hardwood floors and no acoustical tiles to dampen the conversations around. Very dark so bring phone to read menu. Just wish I could hear my friends talking, although it was Sarurday at 7pm. Try going early or weekdays but maybe the could add acoustical improvements.

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The food and drinks were as delicious as usual. However, the room was quite noisy, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. Additionally, a gift card that I had received disappeared. When I reported the missing card to the staff, they took my number and informed me that they had found it behind a curtain. The manager was kind enough and asked for my address to mail the gift card to me.

Been coming here for years. Still the best in its’ class in Western Mass. Food is outstanding, bartenders make deliciously strong cocktails, and service is polished, but very warm and congenial. Absolute perfection.

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere here at Food 101. The scallops were fresh, and the pork was tasty. I especially loved the wide cariety of appetizers. If you live in Western Mass, and are looking for a nice meal, this is the place.

The owner of this restaurant discriminated against my family for being gay. We were there on a college tour, and didn’t expect a place across from Mount Holyoke to behave in that way. All Queer people should beware of this bigoted place.
