Fintenot’s Cajun eatery with blacken fish and a gumbo that ranks in my experience as some of the best gumbo I’ve had. A surprising delight in this quaint Colorado, Rocky Mountain Ski Resort Town, Winter Park, located just over the Continental Divide on the divides west side. Winter Park is in the county home to the Colorado River headwaters and the Rocky Mountain National Park with Grand Lake, making it a 4-Season Mountan, Lake, and Resort Ski Town.

Sat at the bar and waited for a to go order to get ready. Eric behind the bar made my brother and I terrific drinks (Dark and Stormy) and was excellent with his customer service. The food was all delicious and we were very pleased with everything we had ordered. If we had the ability to go back for another meal we absolutely would have. Excellent food, service, and great atmosphere from what I experienced.

Great restaurant that we visited while staying at winterpark. We had the crabcakes for an app, I had the kobe burger for dinner. It’s was great. Thick like a restaraunt burger should be. Only critique I would give is to warm the plates up, they were all pretty cold, but this may have just been a staff shortage issue. Great atmosphere with new orlealans type of vibe. Will have to come back to try some more things!

Great food and service! The calamari appi was awesome!! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the seafood selection was great! The friendliness of staff could improve, but hopefully it was just a rough day and not typical. Our server had no time for chit-chat, it was order, be done, see ya!

I believe this was the third time here and every time the food has been fantastic and service excellent and friendly. I had the bbq shrimp and cod. Just amazing. My son had the ribs and he loved it. Best meal we had in the Winter Park area and we had a number of very good meals. Oh, and the jalapeño beer soup was killer!

This was a great find in winter park. Well prepared and interesting seafood dishes. I had sea scallops in a chili corn sauce that were perfectly cooked. Wife had a mahi in a blueberry source. Both superb.
