It is probably the best Italian restaurant in north Bergen. My wife and I enjoyed the food here and the atmosphere was perfect. Every dish is delicious and beautiful. Everyone should come this store!!

Adorable Italian BYOB in Leonia, NJ. Worth coming over the GW bridge to enjoy! Really authentic dishes that are prepared well.

I rarely write poor reviews, but in this case I simply must. In the same location as the older, and much better Fontana di Trevi, we ordered a decent, but not particularly spicy mussels fra diavolo (the burrata on the menu, which we originally wanted, was sold out – on a Saturday night, suggesting poor planning); we were offered no additional bread to sop the sauce. We had to request it, the waiter bringing us 4 sorry pieces of semi-stale yellowish bread. For our mains my wife ordered a mess of an inedible parpadelle while the veal in my scallopine marsala was overcooked and tough with undercooked broccoli. In addition, the wait staff was barely trained to serve us properly. My wife refused to eat her dish and the restaurant, to its credit, did not charge us. I was starving and ate mine despite its deficiencies. The total bill was over $50+, $22 for the mussels and $28 for the scallopine. Oh, and they were also out of the $13 lava cake on the desert menu. But no matter. Bottom line: an expensive neighborhood restaurant of poor quality and dicey organization. I can see how it may have a loyal local following for some things; however, there are far better places one can go to for a decent Italian meal in Bergen County. I do NOT recommend!

This had to be one of my favorite stops this year. The ambiance the minute you walk in the door is warm and perfect for a date nite. The music was a flawless accompaniment for the atmosphere. Every bite of each course was perfection and presented so beautifully that it made taking their picture so easy. Definitely a must try. Posh Nosh approved. Ask me what dishes we tried!

The place is very nice and friendly, the food good, although this time my veal Marsala was on the salty side and not as tender as a previous time that I was there!
