I had a waiter this morning, which isnt popular outside of highend restaurants. He was bery pleasant and attentative. My loaded vegetable omelette was very good. The special included coffee and a juice. The waiter upsold me in that, it was worth it.

Great food and great prices. We came once before house shopping and now we are back because we just closed on the house this week. I think we’ll come regularly since the breakfast specials are cheap. (Compared to Queens, NY at least where we lived).

Stopped here for breakfast at the recommendation of a friend who lives in Piscataway. I can always count on him for an excellent choice and this place was no different. I really liked the two eggs and bacon breakfast shown here, I substituted fries because that’s my thing these days. Really impressed by the amount of bacon and how well it was cooked. The eggs were delicious as well. Price was very reasonable for what you got and the service was wonderful. as well. Great location! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I am not one to usually write these types of reviews but here it is. Came here tonight to grab some burgers with my wife. We both ordered cheeseburgers, they came out quite quickly because the place was empty. When my wife received her burger, she saw a hair in the food (mind you she didn’t even touch her plate). We reached out to the waitress who apologized and said she would make us another burger. Few moments go by, another waitress comes to our table claiming to be part of the family who owns the diner. She goes on by saying, your waitress had purple hair and no other staff has brown hair and instead of taking accountability like a business should, she basically blamed my wife. We were not confrontational at all, we just shrugged it off. But it is astounding that a business cannot even take accountability for their own actions. The waitresses dad seemed to be sitting at the table and not once did he come up and say anything about what had happened. Again, I am not the type of person to bash a business but this is business 101, customer is not always right but they usually are. In a situation like this, it could of been so easy just to say, sorry for this, lets make you another burger, not basically come up with every excuse in the book. If my wife and I really wanted, we could have stormed out and left but we ended up eating our food. Service is a one star as well, never refilled our water, nothing. Waitresses were just on their phone sitting in the back.
Secondly, almost $20 for a deluxe burger and guess what, they’re frozen patties, not even fresh like their menu states. Burger didn’t come out medium rare because its quite impossible to do that with a thin frozen patty. We’ve been here a couple times and the food is just not good. Safe to say, we won’t be going back but this place should really change their attitude towards their customers because without customers, your diner is nothing but four walls.
Also don’t believe the other comments saying the food is good, its absolute garbage. Believe all the bad reviews about this place!!

I’ve been going to this Diner on and off for 50 yrs..The place is always good..staff is on point ,food exceptional. I had a pastrami ruben. When you do things right, make good food at a fair price ,good service you dont have to change things ..if it ain’t broke dont fix it.

Grabbed a bite last night just before closing. Felt like the hostess wanted me to hurry up and eat since they were closing in 30 mins. But she was nice. Waiter took forever to take my order. He was definitely not in any hurry. Meandering around and never moving with a purpose. I had to ask for a refill on my soda.
These diners always serve twice as much food as other places, but they charge you for it too. Overall, the food was good service was okay and atmosphere was old style.

Good diner, very clear, staff are attentive and variety is very good. The flavor is there, portions are generous, good number of sides with meals. Lots of seating both table and booths with good spacing between.
