Fondness is going to be a new go to spot for me. The chef was trying out a new menu creation and he sent us a sampler, (picture below), it was amazing I highly suggest you try if you get the chance. Also the service was great and Niko makes the experience even better.

You don’t really expect to find such high quality Asian food in a small Midwest town like Pinckney, but this is absolutely a hidden gem full of top-notch Asian-fusion. All of our food was delicious! (I had the chicken hibachi, but others at our table had sushi, nigiri, and a beautiful cheeseburger)
Nikos made sure we were more than well taken care of.
Against our (full) tummies’ better judgement, we also ordered dessert, which did not disappoint.

Stopped here for a quick bite while biking the new trail. Pleasantly surprised to find very good sushi. Recommend Fondness roll. Very high quality and well executed. We will definitely return
