I normally don’t like super fancy pizza, but this place really changed that. The pizza is the perfect amount of fancy and I love it. I come here often when I am out with friends and we all highly enjoy it. The staff are really nice and the food and drinks are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had the best experience at Fondi for dinner the other night! We were a table of five and it was a Saturday night and the place was quite busy, but they were able to seat us right away. We ordered a chopped salad to share which came out quickly and was literally amazing and then we ordered three pizzas which also came out so fast. I was surprised because sometimes woodfired pizza places can take a long time, but they were so quick, and the pizzas were absolutely incredible. The crust was perfect! The service was really friendly and the owner even came over to check in and say hi. I think this place is awesome and I can’t wait to come back!

The first time I came, I tried the four-cheese pizza and it was spectacular. I’m not really a pizza lover, but that pizza made me want to come back for more. On my second visit, I don’t know what happened… it didn’t taste the same. I felt a bit let down, though there was nothing wrong with it—the pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty, but for me it just didn’t feel like that first time, which was love at first bite. My only suggestion would be the bathrooms, as they weren’t very clean. The salad, however, was super fresh and delicious—I definitely recommend it

Hmm, where to start… They have the best pizzas with their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas, and we aren’t kidding that they are our absolute favorite pizzas in all of Washington. Next on the list are their pizza rolls. We’ve had good pizza rolls, but never pizza rolls like Fondi’s. Pro tip: If you really want your pizza rolls to be epic, you have to dip them in Fondi’s homemade gorgonzola dressing. Trust us. We even know a three-year-old who isn’t a fan of pizza (yeah, we think it’s crazy too), but he will devour half a plate of Fondi’s pizza rolls… Their salads are the freshest salads around; you’d think they were a strictly salad restaurant with how amazing these salads are. We’ve tried every single salad on the menu, and if we had to pick our favorite, maybe the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts, but then we’d feel bad for forgetting their classic Caesar’s forum, which is a Caesar salad even your kids will want to eat! We may have saved the best for last, because Fondi’s flatbread, which we order crispy with the fresh mozzarella, white bean dip (kind of like hummus if we had to compare it to something more well known), and their pomodoro spread (a really fresh marinara-type dip). We almost forgot our favorite dessert! The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is incredible; it’s really the best way to finish your meal, but we sometimes order the Affogato as well, it’s espresso over ice cream, and it’s delicious!

I love this place and so do both my girls. It is hard to find pizza that is light and not so heavy and filling and greasy. This place has a KILLER margarita pizza! And the price is good. They have some good salads too and the pizza rolls and garlic bread is really good. We have a thin mets pizza once too that was great. I would say the Marg is DEF my fav. Great family spot for kids and families and in the best neighborhood. Love Fondi

Excited to try this place, I figured I’d give it a shot as it took over the space of another good pizza spot, that had a killer happy hour, and awesome pizza. I was so disappointed, the people working there were very nice. When you walk in you get a chain cafeteria vibe, a “get in- get out” vibe. Super bright and open, as opposed to the old dark, vintage cool look the previous owners preferred. I spent $42 on a “medium” ish sized pizza, and a small (smallest available size) salad. Which was a proper portion for 2 not so hungry people. I was so so so disappointed. Neapolitan style pizza is typically my favorite. The dough did not taste like anything, the ingredients tasted mediocre, it was just a very confused pizza. I hope I went on an off day, because it just wasn’t good. Read other reviews, some like it, some don’t. I guess that’s a pizza thing. Not everyone has the same taste in pizza. I was definitely not a fan. I say give everyone a shot and decide for yourself.

Enjoyed the pizza, had good choices in toppings. Can make your own if wanted, a bit pricey though 2 pizzas and 2 drinks were 55 dollars. The atmosphere was a bit dull could use more color.

The pizza is pretty good, but the atmosphere in the restaurant is bland. I really miss when they used to be a separated 21+ bar space, and if anything it looks like they’ve lost seating because of that change. I think it was a mistake for the new owners to get rid of the bar area. I would go a lot more often if that was still there. Now I would just prefer to get a pizza to go.

This place was not like the location in gig harbor. It wasn’t even busy and we waited for our food for what seemed like a half hour or more. There was a lack of follow up and the waiter didn’t split the bill as we had mentioned before ordering. Definitely go across the bridge if you want a better experience!
