It was perfect. I even used my $5 birthday discount from joining their club. Had the skinny cucumber margarita and it was fantastic. I’ve had several dishes and not disappointed yet. Guacamole was off the chain!!

My son requested Mexican food for his birthday! Since we moved here, we have tried a few hyped up spots in Fayetteville area & was never impressed, left disappointed everytime. Decided to go try out Fonda Lupita tonight & we all loved it so much! Everything was so delicious, I could drink their queso, grilled peppers were actually spicy & they even got that GOODT ice!! Customer service was great & ambiance was very fun and cute! They even had a whole room section of toys, air hockey etc for the kids! Not a thing was left on our plates! DEVOURED.
At the end, my son said- “This was the best birthday dinner ever.” Yay!! Thank you Fonda Lupita.

5 stars all around. This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve found in NC. The carne asada meat is seasoned so well, the salsa and chips were amazing, and the birria tacos and consommé were delicious too. The beans, the rice, the churros… my God this food is AMAZING. Loved the music and overall atmosphere. The staff were very patient and friendly. I’ll be back!

A hidden gem in downtown Sanford. I ordered “guizo” (dish) tacos carnitas en salsa verde and pressed chicharron. I was skeptical, but im glad I made the choice. The dressings like cilantro onions and salsa are self serve to add as you please. What amazed me is they have a kiddy section for your kids to walk over and have a little fun while you finish your meal. I ordered me a crispy model on draft but they also have bottles if thats what you prefer. The music is playing but its not overwhelming, puts you in a good mood to just sit back enjoy your food without having to rush, kinda even makes you want to get up and dance lol. It has ample seating and we’ll what else can I say the food was delicious as they have a wide variety. I recommend everyone to come by and give it a try, you will not be dissapointed.

Good food, prices go up and portions go down. I buy birria ramen but it seems every time I’ve ordered in the last months there’s less and less meat but the price goes up. Will have to just make this at home.

Great food. Lowkey really expensive for good tacos. Not saying its mid or else id be rating it lower BUT have i tried tacos that were better for cheaper (in a raleigh food truck which is lowkey surprising I know) yes. That being said its close and nice and all round a good eat.

Ordered take-out from here and it was a 10/10. I was greeted by a friendly young lady at the counter and was serviced super quickly. I got 3 Pastor Tacos with Rice and Beans and the tacos were very authentic and definitely the best I’ve had in North Carolina. If you’re looking for tasty tacos and real deal Mexican food, this is the place!

I got the quesabirria combo and my mom got 1 chicken taco. The fountain drinks tasted kinda strange but not horrible. The quesabirria dipped in the broth was supppperrrrrr good. The beans & rice were some of the best ive ever had. My mom wasnt impressed with her taco but she liked my food. Service was great. Will definitely come again !

LOVED this place! We stopped in on the way to Fayetteville for lunch and the food was delicious. The customer service was great and they were fast with preparing the food. We had the shredded beef torta, chicken tamale, birria grilled cheese and aguas frescas! It was all delicious! The inside is cutely decorated and clean. They have a condiments bar with toppings and salsa. We will def be back to try more food! They also have daily food specials and really good BOGO deals!

my own culture.
You walk in and immediately see somebody’s seasoned mama making homemade tortillas or meals…
I have tried carne asada, chicken AND pupusas—everything gets a 10/10! I judge a spot off of its carne asada, because I make it just fine at home but now I have a spot to go to that is just as good.
There’s even a salsa bar for the salsa lovers—and yes HOMEMADE deliciousness. It was so good I had to ask them to center for our company holiday party. We prepared for 50 people and let me tell you….the food was ALL GONE. I’ve never been to a party where the food was all gone. I had countless people ask me where the food was from.
