Went there with friends and kids. Food is bland for us. Kids liked it thought. The chair I was sitting on has nails poking out and it scratched my leg and blood was out. When I told them this happened, there is no reaction from the people working there. Will not go back again

I decided to try somewhere new I had high expectations from reviews but was left disappointed. The Elote and Horchata wasn’t bad I’d rate each 7/10. The chips guacamole were overpriced to me especially since there was nothing but avocado (no cilantro, onions etc)4/10. The tacos didn’t have much flavor to me and I expected more taste wise 5/10.

First impression is that the place is small, but to me, that’s usually a good sign that the food would be authentic. We ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the carne asada tacos and it was soo good! I like to add the sauce, lime and guacamole to my tacos and it was chef’s kiss. The service was quick and the staff are so nice! I highly recommend this place and we added it to our favorite restaurants to eat from.

I normally don’t leave a review unless it’s positive, but I just have to share how BAD the customer service is at this place. The younger woman at the counter has awful customer service skills. Easy way to lose a potential customer because this was my first and last time here. The food? To be honest, I don’t understand how people would keep coming back here. Way overpriced for the quality that you’re getting. I asked for corn tortillas and of course I got flour. Awful awful service at the front.

I came across this spot for lunch so I called in my order. When the lady answered I asked her a question and she had to find out. She hung up on me a couple times while I was on hold but she finally got my answer. I ordered the mushroom and spinach tacos and chips with salsa.

The girl taking orders is so rude I almost left multiple times including when she brought tacos I didn’t order and I politely let her know It was a mistake and she snatched them off the table with a sigh and look of disgust. I work as a server in Manhattan and tbh I don’t know how she is employed. I Skipped dessert because the food was so bland and tasted like my little brother made it. I give this place a 3/10 only go if you have no other option in a 2 mile radius

Went in for the 1st time but didn’t like the food. Ordered 4 tacos across two different price columns. Asked the waitress beforehand if I can mix the ones under different price columns and she said “2 and 2”. Whatever that meant! So ordered 2 under $14 and 2 under $15 (thought I’d get 4 tacos and be charged $14.5. How hard is it?!). But ended up getting 8 tacos and got charged double. Worst is the four varieties I ordered (carnitas, chicken chipotle, steak and short rib bbq) taste almost the same. Taste like week old meat re-heated. This place is called “artisan” and says “home made” in the menu. But honestly I don’t think much of anything here is home made. The food actually made me feel sick all day. And had to pay double! Maybe just got bad luck. Not coming back.
