First time there and I really enjoyed myself. The band was excellent and there was lots of dancing. I had prime rib and it was delicious and the Watermelon. Margaritas are amazing! It is a little loud so if you’re planning on date night and want to chat, maybe choose another place, but if you want to enjoy a good music and people watch or dance on the floor, this is your place. Great country music, good vibe!

Had the best time. In town from Florida and came here two days in a row. Food and ambience just fabulous. Dayna served us and was exceptional. Will b back. One suggestion…someone in the kitchen sliced the brisket with the grain instead of against. Needs correction.

Dayna our waitress was amazing! The atmosphere, band, dj and the dancing are top notch! Felt like I was in Nashville! And the BBQ was fabulous! Reminded me of back home growing up in Texas and eating BBQ at “The County Line” in San Antonio. Keep up the good work FR and well keep coming back for more!!!

You like brisket this is the place very well done and not meaning in tenderness. I had you guessed it a double order of the brisket with fantastic potato salad and coleslaw. My wife had chicken tenders that were very tender. The sauces if you wanted bbq sauce great as well service was wonderful and they have like a Sunday brunch tacos and bowls. The singer country was great.

I came here with a group to experience all the activities of a Tuesday night. There was music bingo, line dancing (with lessons), and karaoke. The food was pretty good, and came out quickly. The waitress was a little inattentive but she may have had her hands full with tables. They seemed short staffed. Overall the atmosphere was welcoming to newcomers and return customers alike. The activities were engaging and without a fee. I’m definitely coming back, whether with this group or not.

We stopped by Folly’s Ranch BBQ for lunch and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We ordered the ribs, brisket, sausage, hush puppies, and potato salad—and every single item was spot on. Everything was moist, juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked exactly the way great barbecue should be.
On top of the food, the experience really stood out. The owner, Clay, took care of us personally and treated us like royalty, which made the meal even better.
Easily the best barbecue I’ve had in the Valley. If you’re in Phoenix and even remotely into BBQ, this place is a must.

I can’t say enough great things about Foley… My family gave me a surprise birthday here last month (sorry for the delayed review.) Foley Ranch had everything set up (buffet catering, our cake displayed etc.) and our server was on it! She had drinks in hand at record speed, food was great and everyone had a blast! The band was awesome, atmosphere was great and it truly was the best birthday I have ever had. My only regret is not getting our servers name so she could receive the praise she deserves as she truly worked hard taking care of 30 people in our party. She was stellar! Thank you for making it a special night for me and taking the sting out of turning 50! Highly recommend this place for hosting a party.

Had the beef brisket and pulled pork plate. Beef brisket was dry and had a strip of fat along the side. Pulled pork tasted bland. Barbecue sauce was good. Salad was very basic, shredded Romaine, un ripe tomato, Onion rings, dressing did not taste like good blue cheese dressing I requested.

Awesome service, good food, and an amazing and thoughtfully designed space. We sat on the north side of the patio, which was shaded with misters/heaters, and you could hear the live music and still chat. Lots of diverse seating types. The fried Mac and cheese was fantastic (very sharable + ask for some extra of their firehouse red bbq sauce to dip). Brisket and fried chicken were both moist and well seasoned. House made ranch has a bit of a dill kick. Had a wonderful experience, definitely worth returning.
