Very laid back pizza place. Firebird pizza is amazing and was recommended by staff if you like a little kick to your pizza. The butter pasta was drenched in butter and a lot of oil and butter at bottom of it. The pasta was good once you take it out. The spaghetti meatball was good maybe a tad salty meatball but kids liked it . The salad that comes with it is a big portion and delish. Just giving some honest feedback. But good experience and lovely staff willing to help and adjust things on the fly. Thank you.

And let me tell you, Dlexus (yes, the legend himself) took care of us like he was the proud owner of both the restaurant and our stomachs. One man. One mission. Unlimited greatness.
He was running the place like a culinary superhero—no cape, just pure skill. The pizza came out hot, perfect, and big enough to make you reconsider all your life plans. And the service? I’ve never felt so loved by carbs and a human at the same time.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. If I could give Dlexus a trophy, I’d hand-deliver it. Fold is the late-night pizza king of Tampa, and Dlexus is the MVP.

Wow…never thought I would ever say this, but there IS such thing as too much cheese. Ordered a calzone that looked fantastic on the rack, but when I went to eat it, it had so much cheese in it, it was truly inedible. Could not taste or detect the ricotta because the melted mozzarella was so overwhelming. I tried scraping the cheese, but the crust tasted and felt of straight grease. I am a proud member of the clean plate club and a glutton for cheese and pizza, but this was gross. Tossed it and grabbed a milkshake next door.

I’ve been a huge fan of their pepperoni pizza. I’d considered it “best slice in Tampa”. The past few weeks I’ve ordered twice. It’s not the same pizza anymore. Where’s the cheese?!?! Light, almost non existent sauce. Please revert back to what you were doing before?

Used to go here weekly for lunch since it’s right next to work but over the last 2 weeks I’ve tried to go here three times during their open hours and all three times the doors have been locked. At the moment it’s 12:05 on a Tuesday and the doors are locked. The hours of operations posted on the door and Google say they are supposed to be open…

Great dining experience at The Fold. We were staying at the adjacent Westin and needed a snack before the evening reception for the conference we were attending. The Fold was an awesome surprise. NY pizza in downtown Tampa. We got two slices but ate them before pics. Pics of the second slice and the hit home for the crust. Where has that been all my life?? All the staff was great too!! Highly recommend!

I’m from Chicago and I walked in there and immediately knew they were going to go above and beyond. They did just that. I spoke with the owner and told him I wanted him to cook me up something special. Whipped up an off the menu pizza for me with meatballs, and an insane sandwich that was delicious. I took my best friend, his kids, and my girlfriend there. We had a great time. The staff went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend this place. Late night hours for the drunk crowd is a great idea too. This place is the spot. Amazing food. Amazing staff. Will be coming every week from now on.

The Fold is the perfect place for a snack or lunch. The pizzas are of very good quality, the dough is fresh and handmade and the ingredients are quite good. The service is unbeatable and they really look forward to making sure you have a good time. The price is extremely reasonable and the facilities are comfortable. It is definitely a very good place to visit.
