We chose this Brazilian steakhouse for our New Year’s Eve dinner, and it was wonderful!

The salad bar is a gourmet market of delights. The smoked salmon was perfection, and the warm baked apple was a sweet, spiced surprise. Don’t miss the classic appetisers, either; the warm, cheesy pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) and the uniquely delicious grilled banana were fantastic.

And then, of course, there are the steaks. If you are a meat lover, this is your paradise. The variety and quality are outstanding, expertly seasoned and cooked exactly as you like. The continuous service means you can enjoy your favorites until you’re perfectly satisfied (or happily ready to drop! ).

What truly elevated our night, however, was our server, Sky. She was an absolutely lovely person, attentive, warm, and genuinely delightful. She took such good care of our table, even spoiling us with endless, irresistible cheese bread! Her recommendation for the glazed cheesecake was spot-on; it was the rich, creamy, and decadent finale we needed.

Thank you to the entire team especially Khun Sky, for making our holiday celebration so memorable. We will absolutely be back!

We finally made it to Fogo de Chão, and what better occasion than our first wedding anniversary? I’d been wanting to try this place for a while, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We were so glad we made reservations because the restaurant was packed — and once we started eating, we immediately understood why.

The food was phenomenal with so many delicious options, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Anne/Olga truly went above and beyond. She took the time to ask what we were looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even helped us save money while still getting exactly what we wanted. I mentioned I was looking for a smoky whiskey, and the drink she suggested ended up being one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had — definitely not something I could recreate, which made it feel even more special.

The roasted bone marrow was cooked perfectly, and I couldn’t have been happier with it. My wife ordered the Wagyu NY strip on the hot stone, and it was incredible. Big thanks to Erik as well for serving me the garlic steak, which was just as delicious as everything else we tried. And we can’t forget the sides — the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing.

To top it all off, the white cake and cheesecake desserts were so good that they were still amazing the next day.

Thank you, Fogo de Chão & the entire staff, for making our 1st anniversary dinner unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had another fantastic dinner at **Fogo de Chão** on 2/29/26! This wasn’t our first visit, and once again, it did not disappoint.

Even though the restaurant was very busy that night, the staff handled everything flawlessly. They were attentive, consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our experience was going smoothly. We always go for the Churrasco Experience, and as usual, the gauchos kept the meats coming nonstop. There was barely any wait time between selections, and we loved the variety offered throughout the evening.

The quality of the meats was outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and delicious. The Market Table was, as always, on point. Everything was fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully presented. We never had to ask for refills or worry about missing sides because everything was consistently replenished.

And of course, I can’t forget the crème brûlée—it’s my favorite and always absolutely delicious. The perfect way to end a great meal!

Another wonderful experience all around. We’ll definitely be back again!

I’ve been here before for the buffet, which is amazing but first time for happy hour. It’s a deal and it’s amazing in its own right. We ordered drinks, shrimp and lobster tacos, chicken sliders, crab cakes, burrata and roaster tomatoes and the star of the show – picanha burger. Wow, this is a fantastic burger and it’s delicious. Most surprising thing is it’s only $10. Don’t waste your money at a fast food place, come here and get this burger. I’ll be coming back for that. The other dishes were solid but nothing amazing. Everything was flavorful, cooked well and the presentation was nice. Oh and the free puff cheese bread is awesome.

This was disappointing. Yesterday we went for dinner with my wife and our two very young children. The gauchos were generally nice, except for one who served us side picaña that was literally burned, which I had to ask to be replaced. The frequency of meats was not great, it felt like only the pork sausage server was consistently coming around. Over more than two hours, we were offered lamb ribs only once, and there was just one left. The restaurant was full but did not feel busy at all, especially for a Thursday. The meat’s flavor, saltiness, and presentation were average. The person serving our table was great, but I can’t say the same for other workers, who were very rude and unapproachable.
We chose the indulgent deal and tried the bone marrow (delicious) and the lobster tail, which was small, dry, and tasted like below-average frozen seafood with sprinkled paprika. For desserts, the molten chocolate cake had no liquid chocolate inside, we left the whole thing. The tres leches, instead, was the best dish of the night. Special mention to the fried polenta, which was good too.
Overall, the important food was disappointingly average or below, and the service was inconsistent.

Have mercy, Jesus.

To any and all reading, know in advance that my single one experience this afternoon within the Bellevue, Washington’s franchise of Fogo de Chao – at 4:30pm on 11/08/25 will BY FAR go down in history as being THE SINGLE WORST dining experience that I’ve EVER had in life –

Period!

Not in the mood for protein, despite this eatery’s unlimited meat option, I phoned in advance to inquire on wait times as well as the price of the salad bar option, solely.

Given the Downtown Bellevue location, I secured my session by procuring a reservation online only to arrive to what appeared to have been mayhem and complete pandemonium.

While a line over the weekend is certainly to be expected, I fully question the purpose of acquiring a reservation when it’s hardly going to be honored as I stood and waited some 15 addt’l mins. beyond my 4pm allocated dining time – just to be seated.

With food on the brain, I arrived solely, but left reservation notes to be seated within a secluded area only to be placed in what visibly appeared to have been the DIRECT CENTER of an open doorway met by a closed partition encompassing a loud party of no less than 50!

Think: Spirit Airlines!

Hardly seeking to delay my quest for sustenance, I, then, found myself waiting even longer for a single server just to flag down a nice young girl who placed my drink order whilst making me further aware that she’d be departing no sooner than the order was placed, yet she had absolutely NO CLUE who would be assisting me thereafter.

#Superrrr!

Sauntering directly to the salad bar, I noticed SEVERAL unattended children coughing and placing fingers into the dips and cheeses.

COVID-19, much?

I returned to my table just to view it being utilized by wait staff for additional unbussed plates, cutlery and the like, despite my having left my peacoat and keys there.

The revolving line of endless wait staff and patrons oscillating me via this door left any sentiments of an enjoyable meal null and 100% void, yet despite requesting to be relocated to some other table to some 3 SEPARATE servers; each of which completely disappearing into oblivion, I was driven to do as ANYONE would have by requesting to speak with a Manager.

* This ^ EVERYONE is when and where things took a complete turn for the worst!

Rather than hear my voice and remedy the issue by relocating me to one of the establishment’s MANY empty tables, DANIELLE AMPARAN, the individual identifying herself to be this restaurant’s Assistant Manager snootily printed my check while advising me without hesitation that if I didn’t like my experience, that I was more than welcome to leave.

These, EVERYONE, are the days of our lives and this single experience largely describes why the Black Lives Matter Movement was founded and placed into fruition.

I, then, advised this poor excuse for a Mgr. that I had absolutely no problem whatsoever remitting payment should she discount my bill for each of the blatant oversights as well as overall inconvenience, and perhaps the quickest reply was her rebuttal as she shouted, “We don’t do discounts and to-go boxes aren’t offered here. We’re a buffet, not a charity.”

I urge those reading to take note that these types of microaggressions are experienced by minorities on all too frequent a basis.

Yet, Danielle saw it fit to save face for those waiting to enter – as we exited near the front of the establishment, by “throwing me out” and exerting, “Don’t ever return to this place again since you can’t afford to pay.”

Uhm…

* Was the $110K vehicle that I valeted &/or my $2K in Burberry attire not enough to document my ability to remit payment of a middling $50.00 meal?

* Maybe my money just wasn’t green enough.

* Perhaps my subpar experience would have differed had I been blonde and named Karen, rather than black and named Kent’ae.

In any event, might I humbly advocate a session of charm school with a brisk side of termination for this “assistant” in dire need of assistance?

It worked wonders for my Labradoodle.

Probability of future return: NEXT TO NONE-

This place is different experience for sure. In a good way. The food was outstanding, the servers were great. We were there with a large group but they handled it easily. You do need to be ready to rapidly get all different cuts of meats brought to you and cut up for you before you can even get to the first one, but it was all so good I dont even remember what I tried, im pretty sure I tried everything. The best thing I had was the cheesecake brulee though. I think it actually changed my life. Soooo good!

Fourth time at a Fogo de Chao. 3 times in Brazil, and first time in the US.

The difference? The food is good, there are more meat options here than the ones in Brazil, but the service is not up to the mark for an expensive Steakhouse.

Tuesday lunch time, the restaurant occupancy was 4 tables including ours. The grilled meat was brought to us fairly fast initially but we had to wait probably 10 mins with an empty plate in between. I can understand if the restaurant is busy but…

On top of that, one of the employees who was clearing the plates asked us if we are ready for dessert even though I clearly have my “yes please” on the table. That was embarrassing and wouldn’t have happened if the service was faster and I had food on my plate. Kind of ruined the whole experience for me and I probably wouldn’t return because of this.

I’m still giving it a 3 star because whatever meat we tasted were good, and better than the ones that I had in Brazil, and the sheer number of options is impressive comparatively. The salad bar was better in Brazil with more options, this was smaller.

Price: it was $52 for lunch for a churrascaria experience.
