My family and I dined at this restaurant today, and I can tell you, it’s now the best place. We ordered a Full Churrasco and a Single Cut Picanha. The meat was cooked to perfection. It’s a wonderful idea to serve it in individual cuts straight from the fire. The meat was warm and fresh, and it’s better than just ordering a steak because you get to experience different types of meat. The buffet was perfect for an aperitif. The staff was polite and helpful, and the prices were a pleasant surprise, so we happily left a good tip.

We ordered the Full Churrasco and Indulgent Churrasco. We initially chose the Indulgent option specifically to try the lobster tail, but after placing the order we were informed that the lobster tail was unavailable. This was disappointing, although we were offered a crab cake as a replacement, which was very tasty—just not what we originally planned to try.
Another issue was that we were never asked about our preferred meat doneness. Most of the meats were served medium rare or rare, which we do not eat, and this significantly affected our experience.
There was also an unusual service situation. Our server was attentive at first and checked on us regularly. At some point, we ordered cocktails, but after that he disappeared. We waited about 20 minutes, but the drinks never arrived. We tried to find him in the dining room, but he never returned. It seemed that his shift ended and he left without handing our table over to another server.
Later, a different server noticed our concern and approached us—many thanks to her, as she genuinely tried to fix the situation and even removed one of the cocktails from our bill. Unfortunately, this did not improve the overall impression. Once we finally received the drinks, they could hardly be called cocktails—the alcohol content was extremely strong and overpowering, making them impossible to drink. We were relieved that we only had to pay for one.
Overall, the place is clean and visually pleasant, and the staff tries to be attentive, but some aspects of service and organization are clearly lacking. We will not be returning, but we hope this review helps the restaurant improve.

What truly made our visit exceptional was the service. Alejandro and Maddie were outstanding—so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Maddie made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, she very accommodating and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendly attitudes and professionalism really stood out.

Customer services was awesome! The location was nice and clean. My husband and I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese and it tasted a bit salty! it could have been my taste buds as I do not consume a lot of salt. But our waiter took it upon himself to speak with his manager and took the meal from off our tab. Highly appreciate it. Will be dining here again

We enjoyed this place! They come around with endless amount of meats. Their salad bar is amazing and honestly I would go back just for that, I didn’t want to fill up entirely on salad bar items since we were really paying for the meat but everything on the salad bar was amazing!
The only con is it was HOT in there like people were sweating just after walking inside. We were a party of two so we were seated at a half booth between two other couples and it was wayyy too hot to be that close to other people. Maybe we will try again in the middle of winter

Maybe it was just the Valentines Day rush but our reservation time didnt matter! We got in line in time and “checked in” just to stand in line for 30 minutes only to be told when we got to the front that our table of 3 still wasnt ready because they “only expected 2 people a table tonight” weird excuse but okay! I was still excited until we only had about 4 options (mostly beef) for meat the entire night. Not to mention they never tell you anywhere on the menu, in person, or on the website that seafood is NOT all you can eat even if you upgrade to the “indulgent” option. Overall good food and nice staff, but probably would not come back unless I wanted to feel packed like a human sardine again.

From the moment we sat down, the abundance of food was almost unbelievable. The salad bar alone is impressive, but the real stars are the meats constantly making their way around the dining room. Every few minutes another server shows up with a different cut, all cooked perfectly and carved right at the table. The Parmesan pork in particular deserves its own mention: juicy, tender, with that salty, cheesy crust that makes you instantly regret ever thinking you were “getting full.” I could have made a whole meal just out of that.
Desserts were just as strong as the main event. They don’t treat dessert as an afterthought—everything we tried was rich, well-presented, and a perfect finish after all that meat. It really feels like they’re committed to making sure you leave happy, not just stuffed.
What really put it over the top, though, was the service. Every server and waitress we interacted with had a genuinely upbeat, spectacular attitude—friendly without being fake, quick to notice when we needed something, and always ready with another cut of meat or a fresh plate. Alex provided great service! Some of the meats took some requesting to come around. It was during the holidays so it’s a busy time. We’ve been to 3 other Fogo de Chaos and the Brazilian Steak is always a fun night.
