The market table (salad bar) here is a 10/10 Everything is perfectly prepared. I also loved the specialty drinks and the desserts; they are delicious! The staff is very friendly and professional.
My only complaint is that the restaurant is quite crowded and the tables are too close together, which makes it feel a bit less private. Make sure to make a reservation in advance! A great spot for a high-quality meal in Brea.

Fogo de Chão delivers an unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. The service was flawless—attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member made us feel like VIPs.

The food is truly exceptional. The endless selection of perfectly seasoned, fire-roasted meats carved tableside is beyond impressive, and each cut was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The Market Table was equally outstanding, offering fresh, vibrant salads, cheeses, and unique sides that paired perfectly with the main dishes.

What makes Fogo de Chão stand out is the combination of quality, variety, and genuine hospitality. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience—perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or simply treating yourself to something extraordinary.

Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Great place to celebrate anything with your friends and family. I recommend go for weekend brunch. Go there early (opportunity to take good pictures ) the service is always one of the best. The salad bar is great, but will fill you up. The meat will keep coming, though is little salty sometimes. (Secret… Tell the server what meat you like and them will special order for you, we ordered lamb chop )

The food was amazing. The meats were spectacular. I was a little disappointed that they don’t have coxinha, but the pão de queijo is outstanding. The manager treated us excellently, and this is the third time I’ve eaten at this restaurant — I will definitely come back. However, cleanliness needs to be improved, as you can see we are sitting by the window and it is completely dirty.

We brought out of town guests for Dinner on a weekday. It was not packed but definitely about 80% full. Impressive for a weekday night with a Dodger game going on…

Our guests were taken straight from an event to the restaurant and for a few minutes they didn’t realize it was Fogo de Chao (!). Why? Because this particular place with its upscale vibe and soaring ceilings was “different” from the other locations they dined at. Kudos to the interior design team and the staff here.

We “of course” has the all you can eat stop/go experience and the selection of meats kept coming at a nice clip. We never had a chance to wait long before being offered some delicious meat or grilled cheese, etc. The salad bar was by itself an extremely (I have been to my share of buffets) generous spread with something for every diner. I ended up taking a bit of all the stuff I fancied, but with the knowledge that if I enjoyed too much salad I wouldn’t be able to eat any of the entrees. You have been warned. LOL

Service was efficient and cheerful, and the whole time we were able to enjoy conversation around our table without shouting; a testament to the adequate spacing between tables and some attention to acoustics in the room design.

A wonderful spot for any business dinner or special occasion, whether it’s a small party or a whole bus load. Come on in!

Experience was great! Wide variety for the meat selection. Service was exceptional, Lalli took great care of us. Cheesecake brûlée was top tier, fantastic, amazing, etc.

I don’t make reviews. Made this review almost solely for the cheesecake

Timothy, Tatiana and Elizabeth are amazing. They truly made our dinner ten times better with their great energy and outstanding service. Everything was delicious, but the black bean pasta and the lamb were absolutely fire. The whole experience felt warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back

Although with reservations for our party of 4, we had to wait around 30 minutes for our table. The place was packed due to Veterans day specials. We’ve been to this Fogo in Brea multiple times, but it feels like they added more seating, making the experience less comfortable. The number of gauchos was less and we had to wait for the meats most of the time. Our waiter, Catherine, is great, taking good care of us with chimichurri sauce, cheese rolls, fried banana, etc. She also helped direct the gauchos with the prime cuts: picanha, beef ribs, filet mignon to our table. We also ordered sides: crab cakes, bone marrow and tres leches cake, will skip bone marrow in the future, the other 2 sides are quite delicious. The buffet is good as always, however, the main dish is the grilled meats. Using the gift cards from Costco cut down the price a bit. Using the digital card is quite convenient.

By far this is the best among the other FOGOs. Will be back for more!
Jan 2026: had a good experience this visit. Servers were super helpful. Food and drinks were great. “The Bone” was served with over 50% fat pieces along with very dried pieces. But the server was able to replace it with a much better cut. Cheese balls still too greasy. But we still love this place!
Aug 2025: came back again on Tuesday night. This time we had good experience and the food was delicious.
Aug 2025: came back on a Friday night , super busy. The parking was very limited bc FOGO valet blocked off half of the available spaces for paid customers. Not much service at the bar, table surface was not cleaned, ordered The bone plus lots of other food. As we pack the left overs, the bartender/waitress took the bone away. I told her I’d like to keep it, she grabbed it with her bare hand and handed it back. We were shocked and didn’t know what to say. The cheese balls were greasy.
