The food was excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The meats were especially delicious — perfectly cooked, tender, and not overly salty. The salad bar was beautifully arranged with a great variety of fresh selections, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were extremely nice, professional, and very accommodating.
Special shoutout to our server, Lee. He was very friendly, respectful, and attentive. Whenever we had requests, he made sure they were properly communicated and taken care of. His service truly added to our positive experience.
The parking attendant was also very helpful, friendly, and answered our questions politely, which we appreciated.
My only concern is regarding the parking. Since dining at Fogo de Chão can be on the higher price range, it would be nice if parking could be validated or complimentary, especially for guests dining in groups of two or more. We paid $12 for parking, which was the only downside to an otherwise excellent visit.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for high-quality Brazilian steakhouse dining with outstanding service.
During my recent visit to the El Segundo location, I used my reward to redeem the “Complimentary Chilled Lobster & Shrimp Starter,” but at first I only received the shrimp and did not receive the lobster. I then reported this situation to the manager. Because my English listening skills are not very good, I was not able to fully understand everything he said, but the manager was very patient and very kind, and in the end he thoughtfully added the lobster for me.
This experience made my positive impression of Fogo de Chão even stronger. Not only are the food and dining environment first-class, but the service attitude is also excellent. The professionalism and kindness of the El Segundo location truly moved me. I sincerely thank the staff for their professionalism and kindness and highly recommend this restaurant.
Pamela was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect, while Kate went above and beyond to check in on us and ensure we had everything we needed. Their teamwork was seamless, and you can truly tell they care about providing excellent service.

Large groups of employees from local businesses having holiday parties here today. Comprehensive, premium salad bar. Sandard high end AYCE Brazilian BBQ meat selection. Good meat, quality and seasoning. Several meat selections including picanha, sausage, chicken came around regularly. Picanah was not as tender as I was expecting. I did have to request the lamb and filet after waiting a while and not seeing then being served. They were brought to my table a few minutes later. That has been the case the other two times I’ve had lunch here. I’ve heard from other people that they have had a similar experience. Overall, very happy with my experience here. Servers Pamilla and Elsy we’re very attentive.
