We’ve been a few times. One of my husbands favorite spots. At least it was before tonight because it was a let down. Maybe because it’s Sunday and we got there an hour and a half before close.

I would suggest getting there with at least 2 1/2 or more hours to enjoy the experience.

The host was wonderful, informative, kind and courteous.
The manager I’m assuming in all black seemed to redirect when not needed. Example: host was getting a table for us, another party came in, manager came up and seated them right away when we were waiting for 20mins already. Host informed the manager and she didn’t seem to care.

We felt profiled because we weren’t dressed well enough. We still feel that way now its a gross feeling that lingers. We were in casual clothes.

They didn’t have anything my husband or MIL asked for. Food was okay we felt rushed. Our server was slow and inattentive.
One of the meat servers was wonderful and earned the teams tip.

Waited for another 20mins for the check and then I had to go find a pen myself. No one had one.

$275 for 3 people and 2 drinks that were substitutes because they were out of what we wanted is irritating for the price and service.

We’ve never had an experience like this before. We feel cheated and profiled for how we looked. (Like we didn’t have money)

Fogo de Chao is absolutely amazing! Phenomenal service, great atmosphere, and wonderful food that cooked to perfection! Special shoutout to our server Tina for being absolutely fantastic! Humberto and Ashley were also Johnny on the spot when we had a couple of questions. The crème brulee was the best I’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back 🙂

10/18/25: Had food from the bar menu to try it out! We had the Saucy (Chicken) Legs, Brazilian Empanadas, Crispy Yuca Fries and the Picanha Burger. The FOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE and the PRICES are EXCELLENT for what you are getting!! The experience is VERY GOOD!!!

I have never been to Fogo for Sunday Brunch, but it will be my go to for Brunch for now on! The food was fantastic, our server Arianna was tip top, the manager James was attentive. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at Fogo like today. My niece’s birthday was celebrated today, she chose where she wanted to go, I was delighted with her choice… but now, it will be my go to for now on! The food was delicious and plentiful, the drinks were delivered before we ran out. The salad bar/Market table is the best in town, hands down!

This was my first time at Fogo, which I had a great experience. My family and I celebrated my 50th birthday. I have to acknowledge and give a shout out to our waiter Niko, he gave us the best service and attention our party deserved. There was a larger party in the private seating area he also supported while giving us service. We watched as he move from the large party to the rest of the room, handling all his tables. Nikos customer service and attention is something management should reward.

Came in to dine on 1/23/26 for the very first time, and it was absolutely amazing! The ambience was comforting and calm, the salad bar was really good! Everyone who came and topped off my water was really sweet and kind! Our waiter Diego made our dinner so much more enjoyable! He explained what each entree was, what his personal picks of the menu would be, explained what the sides were, was super friendly and kind! Very attentive to us and all his other tables! Made sure we were taken care of throughout our dinner, and made my first time eating here amazing! 10/10 would come again!

Very nice restaurant! It’s 60 per person to have salad and unlimited meat and you get to try a little bit of everything. It was wonderful that we went at 5 and it wasn’t super busy and all the servers were very attentive and accommodating. Obviously not somewhere you can go everyday but definitely for special occasions and it just had a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely recommend people to try it even if they’re hesitant because there’s plenty of options for people to have from. Also the dessert selection was very worth it. The chocolate cake and lava cake I would definitely recommend it as well

Wow! I had never dined at Fogo de Chão before, but I can say with confidence that I will absolutely be back. The meat service was outstanding, and the food was delicious from start to finish.

What truly made our entire experience exceptional, however, was Ashley and Aria. Those two never stopped moving. They handled a large number of tables with such grace, yet remained kind, patient, and thorough in explaining everything, all while continuing to check in on their other guests.

What made it especially meaningful to me was that they took the time to genuinely talk with each table. That personal touch is something that feels increasingly rare in service these days, and it made the evening truly memorable.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I should share my dinner experience at Fogo de Chao, Uptown Albuquerque. I understand that people have different tests when it comes to food. However, this review is only related to the quality of the food and the service. I ordered the cocktail shrimp as an appetizer and Seabass for the main course. My guest ordered the lamb

We did not wait for a table since I made the reservation in advance

Food:
The Seabass is very dry on the outside, and raw (not cooked) on the inside.Came cold, with hardly any seasoning. It actually came before the appetizer and very quickly, which makes me question the freshness of the fish.

The shrimp cocktail, the appetizer, is also very dry. It actually came after the main course.

I did not check with my guest how was the lamb, so no comments on this one.

Service: The second beer I ordered came after the desert, even after I canceled it when they brought the desert. Appetizer came after the main course. My guest was not ready for the lamb (did not flip the pad from red to green as the have requested). Nevertheless, the brought it. I was charged for the second beer. they did remove it after I complained about it.
