We celebrated NYE here and had the full churrasco experience. The food was scrumptious as always, the atmosphere was vibrant and exciting. Our service was exceptional as the gauchos were circulating frequently with plenty of meats to choose from, steak, chicken, lamb chops, sausage, bacon wrapped everything. Our server Mataeo did an excellent job and recommended a fantastic bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal. While the venue is typically packed for the holidays, our 4:45 PM reservation ensured we were seated promptly. However, the lobby became increasingly crowded as the evening progressed.”

Amazing experience from start to finish. The Market Table (salad bar) was outstanding — every single item paired perfectly with the steaks. From the fresh salads to all the sides, everything was high quality and full of flavor.
The chicken salad truly stood out — hands down the best chicken salad I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The steaks were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, and the entire family enjoyed every part of the meal.
For dessert, I had the cheesecake for my birthday, and it was incredible — rich, smooth, and beautifully presented. It made the night feel extra special and was the perfect way to end a great meal.
The location is another big plus — right on the Country Club Plaza, with plenty of nearby parking garages and street parking, making it very convenient.
Overall, an excellent dining experience. Everyone in the family loved it, and I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve never been and Saturday 10/11/25 was my first time going and it was busy!!
We made reservations for the two of us at 6pm. We didn’t get seated until 6:30. We didn’t have a waitress approach our table for 10mins after. I ordered a drink from the bar and it took 20 mins to get it.
I ordered the second level all you can eat and I chose the lobster tail…the bottom of the tail was mushy, like it didn’t get cooked all the way.
The restaurant was so loud, it was hard to have a private conversation, too!
I didn’t see any ribs pass by our table, until we were standing up to leave!!
My chair got bumped into, I don’t know how many times, from people and staff getting through to other tables.
I thought this was supposed to be elegant and fine dining???
It was a mad house with poor service!!
$200 for two people, to get an experience like this….no thanks!
I will not be going back!

We had an excellent experience at Fogo de Chão. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and very welcoming, making it a perfect place for a special occasion. We were there to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and everything about the evening felt well-organized and enjoyable.
The service was outstanding from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and well-timed without ever feeling rushed. The meats were served hot, fresh, and continuously, with great variety and quality. Each cut was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
The salad bar was also impressive, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items that complemented the meal very well.
To top it all off, the birthday dessert was fantastic. The cheesecake was excellent, and the ice cream served with a rich chocolate cake was absolutely delicious. It was a great ending to a memorable evening.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for celebrations or a special night out.

We drove two hours to enjoy a nice meal and were extremely disappointed with the service. Our server (female) whose name appears as either Maddison or Garrett on the receipt, seated us, but we weren’t greeted or checked on for about 10–15 minutes, even though the restaurant was not busy. A female server eventually came by to drop off water, but after that, we did not see her again. We wanted to try additional alcoholic drinks and had to flag down other staff members to be helped. For a bill totaling over $150, we expected a much higher level of service from an establishment like this.

A visit to this restaurant is an absolute must!!! This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had- several cuts of meat delivered nonstop as well as an upscale buffet type spread! The drinks were phenomenal and EVERY waiter is your server so nothing runs out. In fact they have a coaster that you can flip over to the “no thanks” side to inform them you need a minute to digest lol Jevon and Gustavo gave such a personalized experience ensuring we knew all the ins and outs as first timers while also making us laugh!! I’ve already told so many about this restaurant since my Saturday visit and I will definitely be back! Thank you all for such and rare and quality experience! The food was eaten too quickly for photos but here’s a pic of the amazing desserts my girls and I had!

The service was absolutely TERRIBLE. We drove all the way from stl for the Fogo De Chão famous dining experience and will never recommend it to anyone. We had to wait for 45 mins to get water refills. We didn’t get a single side. No one ever came around to take our wine order. The bread refill was cold. Our servers only came over to us twice and never once told us that the sides got “thrown out,” which is what the manager told us when we finally complained after an hour of hardly any service. The meat service was amazing and quick, but we never got served sides or drinks. Both of the times we could get someone’s attention we were left waiting for way too long without any answers. The manager comped two of the four meals we paid full price for because we only received one of the courses that we were promised. The waiters made snarky comments to each other in front of us after the manager spoke to them. Over all we were VERY disappointed and will NOT be coming back.

The meat was awful. It had no seasoning or flavor besides blood and chewy fat. I don’t know anyone who likes their meat to come out blue. We asked for it to be cooked more and they said they would but never did. The seating was very awkward as we were right next to the food bar. My husband and I took a little date night here and needless to say it was definitely worth the money! The food was made and prepared to perfection and all the workers were amazing and made sure to bring whatever you preferred more. Garrett always made sure we had what we wanted and our glasses were never empty! We will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to many more!

Food was just okay, but we didn’t get to try the full variety of meats. We were there for 3 hours on Thanksgiving and we were neglected repeatedly. After requesting specific meats many times, we never did receive some of them. 30 minutes after being told “5 more minutes” a few times, a manager told us it would be another 30 minutes. Of the meats we did receive, most were far overcooked and dry. The cheapest cut, chicken thigh, was the most flavorful. The salad bar was good, but not $64/person good. If the price wasn’t so high, this would have gotten a better rating. Would not recommend.
