I came to the National Harbor location to celebrate my birthday. The service was superb. I definitely got five-star treatments. My table was located by the water, so I had a nice view. I started with a gold rush and a lemon drop. This restaurant is set up like a buffet, but you can also order individual meals, as I did. I ordered the tomahawk ribeye steak, lobster, and mashed potatoes. They cook their steaks over an open fire flame; however, my steak was not cooked over charcoal, which is my personal favorite. I am recommending this restaurant based on the experience and overall excellent service.

5 STARS!!! Absolutely perfect endless meat coming to you at the price of 60 bucks. If you can’t eat big then I’d take a look at something other than the endless meat deal. Get ready for salt. They bring you appetizers to reset your palate in order to keep tasting the distinct flavors perfectly of each dish. The lakeside view is balanced with the overall atmosphere of the restaurant feeling quite cozy and comfortably fancy at the same time.

I was excited to try Fogo this Christmas Eve after my family had talked them up so much however, they agreed that this experience was sort of disappointing. The restaurant was extremely crowded and loud, which isn’t surprising for the holiday. We did have a reservation so we were seated quickly atleast. Our party did the full experience but it didn’t really feel worth it. The sides were incredibly small and when we asked for more several times, they never brought any out. The meat coming around was slow and we didn’t even get a chance to try the signature meat until the end when everyone was done. The salad bar had lots of options, and I particularly enjoyed lots of pomegranates. The lentil soup with rice was also nice. My favorite meat was probably the beef ribs. I just wished I could have gotten some nice hot roasted vegetables, instead of the cold ones on the salad bar. Maybe this place is better on a regular day, but I’m not really hankering to try to again anytime soon.

This is the my third year in a row coming to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Phumza always make sure we have a blast with out friend Jayes. Definitely recommend this place. Phumza and her team always makes me feel like home, with a great customer service and without rushing us. Kelvin and Darielys are also part of an amazing experience.

Catherine, Aleah and Aisha did an amazing job serving us for Valentine’s Day. Such a crazy busy day for them but they were super attentive and kind. The food was really good and we were able to take some bread to go.
Most of the meats were fantastic , some I wasn’t a fan of. They all came hot to the table.
It was a great atmosphere overall.

I have been here multiple times for dinner and this was my first special event. I prefer this location over DC, even though it is smaller and without a private area. The staff here is more friendly and I receive better customer service.
For this event, Anthony was my server and he was amazing! Sweet, attentive and very friendly!
All times I have dined as a solo diner and enjoyed myself.
This was my first special event here. Since they don’t have a private space they set up tables by the bar. They slowly started rolling out food closer to 7pm. The menu included bar bites as well as 3 “tastings” of wine which ended up being full pours. No complaints here!
Plot twist: this is the first event I went to with multiple raffles which included bottle of wine and discounted dinners for 2. It took a few draws but we finally got a winners!
Hands down the best Fogo event! Extra food, extra raffles, lots of prizes! The manager was amazing and sent out so much extra food!
My nightcap was my complimentary dessert wine after all the great food, drinks and service!
Extra shout out to Anthony and Calvin for the amazing service!

The dining room has a nice view out to the harbor and the churrasco along with the salad bar were excellent as usual. The upgraded meal was well worth it for the lobster and tres leches dessert. Phumza and all the servers were attentive and helpful. Definitely worth it if you the type of food on offer.
