Never thought I’d find a great NY slice of pizza in Texas, but I did!
The vibe reminds me of Gourdough’s Donuts truck in Austin, Texas. It’s a food truck with picnic tables!
Great slices and great conversation with the owner (who is from Brooklyn so she knows her pizza) and staff.
We ordered a slice of pepperoni, a slice of cheese, and a Diet Coke, but you can order a whole pie if you want.
Definitely a must when you’re in Wimberley!

Stopped by for a pie on the way home. I called ahead on my way home from work, but with the challenges of hill country cell coverage I had to recall a few times. I’m sure they were frustrated with it, but they kept their patience with my challenges. I highly recommend calling in an order ahead as when I arrived there were plenty of folks waiting and more driving in. And it was a week night!
I ordered a whole pie. It was “The Mop”. It’s essentially a meatball & onion pizza with mozzarella, parmesan and tomato sauce. It was a HUGE pie and I definitely thought I got my money’s worth. Especially how tasty it was. Definitely a new source of take out dinners. I was expecting the meatballs to be, like, sliced meatballs. They were tasty and huge circles, just not what I was expecting.
Pro-tip: this is Wimberley. Parking is going to be tough depending on what time of day and what season. So put that into consideration. Just west of their food truck is a drive to a decent parking behind. If you don’t see roadside parking nearby, make sure to slide in there for a check.

I must have caught them on an off night, the pizza was so bad my kid wouldn’t touch it. It’s more like pizza jerky. I ordered 3 pizzas at 5, and they were ready at 7 pm. @30$ a pop, I was completely disappointed. Everybody hyped this pizza up beyond its capacity. Never will they see my $ again. BTW, half my family is from New York. I’ve had the best. This is way off mark. Sorry for being brutally honest. It looked like it got put in the oven twice. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I’m from NYC and have been craving some REAL pizza! When they first opened up we talked about their true research and NY roots. They use real ingredients. homemade sauces. Personal touch to each custom order. I can’t generate words to explain how incredibly delicious their pizzas are. Whenever we have a slice leftover from our pie I usually eat it cold the next day. You can’t just eat any pizza cold. FM Pizza is amazing piping hot and just as flavorful cold lol. I’m a true fan and so thankful they have arrived.

We got a 1/2 Wimbo and 1/2 spicy boi pizza. It was such a great balance between spicy and savory. It was ready in about 15 minutes, and came out perfectly: so delicious! It was great fresh, cold, and reheated.
They were also helpful in helping me find a good spot for a bottle of Texas wine at Dos Olivos in town.
10/10 recommend.

Been here about 7 times. I’ve always gotten the single slices. Hands down, best pizza I’ve ever had. Thin crispy but airy crust, amazing cheese with the right amount of sauce. I love how the pizza isn’t wet and how the toppings dont slide off when you pick it up. It stays intact. My wife and I fight over the crust. I’ve never ordered a full pie but will for my wife’s upcoming birthday. Give this place a shot. You will not be dissapointed.

Amazing pizza. So far we have tried both the regular cheese pizza and the pink pizza with vodka sauce base. Both were amazing but I preferred the pink sauce pizza pictured here. To go wait times can be long so plan accordingly but worth the wait. So glad to have this local place in town!

Top notch pizza. The spicy Boi pizza is great. Crust is perfect. Toppings and cheese are delicious. The real star though was the last second addition of a Grandma slice. If they have it on special it’s a must. Perfection. The cooked sauce was fantastic and the crust was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. FM pizza is a must. Pro Tip: everything is made fresh to order so call in and give them some time. It’s worth it.
