Ok so this is a food truck in Fairlane. The environment is cool and I’m willing to be patient to a point. I ordered online might have been my issue, I ordered a long side 2 other orders at our party and I have no clue how many after. We ordered a kids meal nugget with Mac and cheese, and a adult nugget with fries. Total cook time less then 15 min. I ordered a little after 6pm, in fact emailed receipt 606pm. The email said food would be ready at 621pm. After the food started to come to others in our party I went and checked on the food. I was told they are working on 21 I’m the next order. After another group got their order, order 24. I went back up and I was told it is almost ready. I finally received my order at 711 pm and it was wrong. They had fries for the kids meal and Mac for the adult meal see photos attached. The other kids meal that were at the table had to have the fries moved to get to the chicken mine …. Not so much. Just visit the other trucks there for over $20 for trash chicken I’ll just go to Chick-fil-A.

I like Flyrite. But I don’t understand how they expect people to pick up orders at lunch if there’s no way to be seen at the order window or be heard. Four times I have come to pick up my order and have been yelling ‘Hello is anyone there?’ for over 10 minutes or so when eventually someone pops up as though I haven’t been yelling for the last ten minutes. Each time I’m incredulous. Do I need to bang on the window or side of the truck? Bring a fog horn? Grow 3 feet taller? It’s not a one time problem. Can’t you just institute some kind of bell or something at the window?

Me and another guy got finished playing pickleball and walked up around 8:50, and they closed at 9pm. They were more than happy to make us some food, even though it was late. The chicken nuggets were so good! I also got Mac n cheese and it was a classic taste that fit perfectly with the nuggets. I tried out the lemonade which surprised me with a very unique flavor that I hadn’t really had before. 10/10 would recommend! Perfect for recharging after a long pickleball, putt putt or disc golf session !

Excellent tacos, love their fries, sometimes they get a little backed up, but in that case just grab a beer and relax in the great atmosphere at Fairlane
