In town and not staying downtown area. THIS is the place to eat. Service and staff are incredible! But the food is sooo good! I had to come back twice. First time was for breakfast and chilie Relleno omelette so good. Came back next day for breakfast and now writing I’m here for lunch for the green chili burger. I can’t wait to visit again def make this a stop.

We had an amazing breakfast here in Santa Fe! I ordered the buttery French toast with over easy eggs and bacon which was honestly the best I’ve ever had. My mom got the beef tacos with beans and absolutely loved them, and my brother really enjoyed his pork chop breakfast. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The only slight disappointment was my sister in law’s chicken fried steak, which was a bit dry and went mostly uneaten, but everything else was fantastic. We’ll definitely be dining here again next time we’re in Santa Fe!

We had lunch at Flying Tortilla and it was great. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very good. The menu offers a variety of breakfast and lunch foods, including traditional Mexican food as well as burgers and sandwiches.

This is basically a tourist oriented restaurant. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and hotels and has plenty of parking.
The food is mediocre, and the service was often confused. Several different people asked what we wanted to order and then got the orders confused. We requested mimosas, which were listed as a special, on the day before New Year’s. 10 minutes later, someone different came by and said they were out of champagne. Overall, confusion reigned. It took quite a while for our orders to arrive
The menu tries to be everything for everybody. It includes Irish and Mexican and American and other types of foods. I made the mistake of ordering corned beef with eggs. The corned beef was in little chunks and obviously started as frozen pieces. They were like rubber. My companion was happy with his open-faced hamburger with cheese. Prices were reasonable.
I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Amarante Triste
Ordered the Thanksgiving meal. Was amazing. Came with turkey, green beans, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and a slice of pumpkin pie. All was cooked to perfection and the portions were large. Have plenty of leftovers. Wasn’t sure what we were going to do since we couldn’t get away. So grateful to them and will be doing it again next year.

First time here and I am blown away!! Our server Tania and Fernando were friendly and absolutely wonderful and our breakfast was superb!! We got the Tres leches cake and the granola bowl and they were 5 star delicious! Absolutely Will return!!

Good food and good service! Been there 3 times now, tried their Belgium waffles with strawberries, the waffle was nice a crispy on the outside and thick and fluffy. I’ve also tried their French toast and that was also great! I forget the name of the other dish I got, but the red and green chili with their potatoes is so good!

Red Chile was amazing. I got the Buenos dias egg and potatoe breakfast with cheeses and chili I got Christmas. 1 problem there was a hair on my egg when the plate came out. They immediately replaced my plate. I waited about 5 minutes. Not bad but I was starved while the rest if my party indulged in great food. Sad to say no discount was extended for the inconvenience. Over all one of the best restaurants we’ve had in Santa Fe.
