My Fiancé and I decided to dine in at this restaurant on the busiest nights of the year! We honestly didn’t expect to get a spot because we were walk-ins, but they were willing to accommodate us! Not only was the sushi delicious but the service was incredible. Inda helped us get a reservation and Rose was our server. Their positive attitudes and kindness made this place one our new favorites. We also got a complimentary dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. Thank you to Inda and Rose for making our night so special and thank you Flying Sumo for the delicious food!

He was absolutely phenomenal , attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had an amazing time. His recommendations were spot-on, his timing was perfect, and his energy elevated the entire night. Service like his is rare and deserves special recognition.

So great! We drove over the pass in our Jeep to have a nice evening in PC. We didn’t wanna spend a ton of money! But you could here- the menu was varied for all pocket books!
And this place was very friendly, nice and sunny very clean and pretty and interesting.

Our server for the evening was Rose and she was so pleasant. She made a bunch of great recommendations. She checked in with us often she was bubbly and friendly, and we’re definitely gonna make this spot a tradition.
Great spot, we were there after the summer season so if you’re gonna go during the summer season or during the ski season, I recommend making reservations because this place is pretty hot and awesome so I imagine it’s pretty full during high season !

We just had a great experience at sumo. The food tasted delicious and the drinks were amazing, but what really caught our attention the staff. Chayanne, the manager, treated us very well. We were in a rush, and even during the busiest time (Sundance), she had us seated in minutes. Kadu, our server, was very fast and knew a lot about the menu. We literally sat down and he was right there to help us. Our food arrived in less than 10 minutes, thanks to the sushi chef Adam and his crew. Will definitely come back. 10/10.

We were a group of 13 and a wild, raucous bunch that would intimidate any server but Debbie handled us like a champ. Food was fantastic, servers were great (Debbie was incredible) and ambience was a lot of fun. They survived our group and for that they deserve 5 stars.
