Just wow. Second time here. Amazing food for a coffee shop. The bacon cheddar scone was just fabulous. They also made me a white chocolate macadamia nut latte that I can’t even describe. Sucks we live 3.5 hours away, these guys are great. (Couldn’t wait to eat the scone so partially eaten scone pictured.)

Very quirky but not in a ‘hey look at me’ kinda way but genuinely unique with personality. Love all of the bizarre random things they sell. The coffee is great and with a line of 12 people in front of me it’s still faster than Starbucks with 4 people in front of me. The employees don’t act rushed or stressed but are calm and friendly.

A very nice coffee shop with some baked goodies to go with your refreshment. It’s mostly a hang out for the younger generation with a smattering of older folks ( like me ). The coffee was made and ready in a very quick with fast service. The cookie was just what my sweetie wanted. The decoration was definitely different ad you will see with the pics included. The wall of live Plante’s prop take a ladder to water them.

Thankful for Coffee shops like Flying M Coffee Caldwell that open early in the morning on rainy days. The baked goods are creative and tasty, the coffee reliable and extra shot latte’s are my favorite. The dining area and attached gift and postcards section have enough eclectic items to keep you amused and delighted as you sip and shop.

Needed my caffeine fix and luckily the Flying M was nearby. Located in the Indian Creek Plaza in Caldwell, which in itself is trying hard to succeed as a gathering place, and doing a darn good job so far.
My boutique coffee was delious and the shop itself is full of fun things to buy and browse while waiting for your order.
The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was on par with a non-commercialized coffee shop. The big name ones are super square, organized in their display and the same everywhere in the world. Flying M is clean and chaotic in a fun way. I loved it and couldn’t see it any other way. Nicely done…bravo!
A definite “will come back”…

I’ve never NOT loved this coffee shop. The coffee is good, whoever makes their baked goods is a damn genius on flavor, and it’s excellent for buying random gifts. If you have no idea what to get someone, you’ll go here and find it. The people who are buyers for the shop, are also amazing. I like the staff, the energy is great, and all of their coffee shops in the valley are worth trying.

I’ve been a frequent customer of the flying m for some time now, and my favorite part was the food. But recently I’ve noticed the creativity has died significantly. I miss seeing the super cute sugar cookies, cupcakes and I rarely see danishes anymore. I now see the same options every week and it’s a bummer. But the food is still great, would just love to see some different options!

I like this place it gets a bit granted during busy hours especially around the holidays but they always have great gift options for people and their drinks are fantastic. Their treats are not too sweet and perfect for pairing with coffee.

This is a cute little coffee shop in Indian Creek Plaza. We came in Saturday morning at 9am and it was pretty crowded, lots of people hanging out with coffee and breakfast and perusing the shopping section. Live music too!! I wish the space was bigger and had more of a sit down vibe, it was so crowded that we took our coffee to go. It’s one of the only spots open in the area before 11am so no surprise that it’s busy. Will definitely be back!

Great WiFi, good coffee, nice place to chill! They even have a little food pantry area for those less fortunate! Thank you!
