I’ve only visited Flying Legs – Wings & Seafood twice in the past month but was very pleased with my both experiences. I had the fried shrimp on my first visit time (it’s all I had time for) and it was delicious! The batter has a really good flavor and the shrimp isn’t over-coated with it. There’s also a bit of a spicy bite to the batter’s flavor that I really liked. I’ll definitely buy it again.
I had their shrimp fried rice on my second visit and I enjoyed that, also. I felt the price they charged for the rice was on-point and the portion was great! The staff was also awesome and the restaurant appears to be very well-cared for and clean. I like that!
I want to give their seafood boil a shot on my next visit. Now, that could be some serious goodness right there! We’ll see!

Eager to sample a variety of offerings, my wife ordered the seafood and shrimp gumbo along with a half-pound of gizzards, while I opted for the fried whiting fish, buffalo wings, French fries, and a side of fried oysters. The total for our feast was about $50, which felt reasonable given the portion sizes.
One standout aspect of our meal was how quickly our food arrived—everything came out piping hot, which is a rarity in many establishments. It was impressive to see all our dishes arrive simultaneously and at such a high temperature. My wife particularly enjoyed the fried oysters, finishing them all herself, while I sampled one and found it not to my taste.
The buffalo wings were quite good, but I found my fried whiting fish to be a bit overcooked and lacking in seasoning. Similarly, the gizzards, while perfectly cooked, also suffered from a lack of flavor. If the restaurant could enhance their seasoning techniques, it would elevate their offerings significantly. My experience with the food this time was terrible we got the four piece fish and the fish was dry as cardboard. Returned food and receive a refund. Last two photos are of the fish it’s supposed to be whitting but look at the color of the fish

Restaurants in shopping centers can have an iffy thought to me. This restaurant was actually good. The gizzards were seasoned well. I am skeptical about some choices, but my man ordered chicken and shrimp alfredo, and it was better than my wings. My wings were cooked well, but the BBQ sauce used wasn’t good to me. The prices are reasonable. Polite cashier.

I travel for work, so when my work brought me to Fayetteville NC. I was hoping to find something good to eat. Then I found this place by accident while looking for a Walmart. The food was amazing. I ordered online. I walked in the door and I was immediately impressed. The place is beautiful, the service was excellent. I drove 20 minutes to a rest area. Pulled the food out of the bag it was still hot almost like I was sitting at the restaurant eating. The food was I am going back today before I take off. I am a customer for life!! This is my spot hands down when I’m in this city or driving thru.

Seafood and wings were great! Had the 5 wing and 2 piece fish combo. They give you good portions. I couldnt finish all of my food. They also offer a variety of seafood boils. Definitely making a return to try the boils! I definitely recommend this spot.
