Be aware, the menu in the photo attached has old prices. The prices have increased.
Podi idli was really bad and dry without any masala.
Found a hair strand in paneer dosa.

We used to get masala dosa from flying idlis pretty often and it used to be good but this time it was very much below average. Sambar tasted like plain dal with absolutely no taste. Not sure if the chef changed but the food has no flavor anymore.

Please avoid. It’s probably a new branch of the og Santa Clara one. But service is poor, taste doesn’t match flying idles standard and it’s poorly managed. There was no ghee in ghee podi idly. Then no vijaywada idly which is the best dish in flying Jamie’s in Santa Clara. I’d drive 20 mins extra and go to Santa Clara until they improve service and management

I recently tried Bene masala Dosa and paired it with their chai, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I went with the chef’s recommendation (asked to make it spicy dosa) and I’m so glad I did — it was honestly one of the best dosas I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the spice level was just right, and every bite felt authentic and satisfying.

The chai complemented the dosa beautifully, making it a complete and comforting meal.
Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious South Indian flavors!

Yeah. Found it. San Diego hidden gem ! Hands down the best dosas in town. Go get em.

I’ve had the Benne Masala Dosa, 4 times now – there’s some things on this menu I haven’t had anywhere else. One of a kind.
The poori, the idly variations and I’m on a mission to try all the different dosas.

You’re gonna come here. And then you’ll come back the next day.

I recently visited this place and ordered Idli and masala dosa. They were really good, and the chutney they serve is made with peanuts instead of coconut. It was really good.

The absolute worst sambhar ever. It was just simply yellow water with no salt. Peanut chut ey was good, but thats just it.

The ABSOLUTE BEST south Indian food in San Diego! Competes with Rameshwaram in Bangalore! Fresh, generous quantity, absolutely no compromise in quality!!
Thanks Sravan and team. San Diego needs you!

The food was awful. We had the worst Gobi 65 of our lives. Also, not worth your money. Please stay away from this eatery if possible.
