We sell gobs of fresh catfish, shrimp and oysters, grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, fish cocktail, crab legs, burgers, chicken and mudbugs (crawfish) in season. A specialty selection of grilled salmon, trout or tilapia is also offered each day. Ice cold Tap and bottled Beer, wine and home made margaritas are also served. We even have KIDS BOAT meals for your minnows! The Flying Fish is a “fast-casual” format – come as you are!!! Parents, grandparents, kids — ALL are welcome! We offer more than just a wide selection of fish. We have great hamburgers, chicken tenders and fresh salads galore. If you want us to top your salad with a piece of grilled fish, we have that too. I must say this place serves up some great fast food seafood. Came for lunch and we ordered fried “naked” tilapia, breaded and fried catfish jambalaya. They even have a decent burger if you want to try that too. They serve salmon and other fish as well. We did not order the oysters, but will next time. It looks like a hole in the wall place, but it’s good and they have other locations. A sure favorite for fast food seafood.

I’m a stickler on customer service. The food was good, I ordered Jambalaya and Catfish, fried pickles were delicious with their special sauce, but the crab legs were super bland with zero flavor. The reason I give one star for customer service is that we weren’t greeted. We were traveling from out of state and wanted to try some local seafood. We were confused about how to order. When we did, the guy was rushing us, and it wasn’t anyone standing behind us. That frustrated me. I would have left, but we took an Uber from our hotel to their establishment

Flying Fish is a cozy little seafood joint. I’ve visited this location and the one Fort Worth near TCU. The food is always solid. Good selections and always fresh. The seating area isn’t huge so sometimes it can get crowded.

I absolutely love this place. Some of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten. That Veracruz sauce is fabulous. I eat there every Friday! They have some great grilled fish dishes. Those poboy sandwiches are great, too. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry. Update, I stopped by here the other day before 11 am. They serve breakfast until then. I ha what they call the Trotline. It is your choice of 2 eggs, 2 meats, & 2 pancakes or waffles. Needless to say my hunger needs were satisfied!

Really neat interior with lots to see. Very nice menu choices made it hard to choose. Shrimps kabobs were some of the best I have had and a very nice serving size. I didn’t leave hungry! Their Catfish filet is very good. Their drink selection is good, but the lemonade was my first choice. Ordering fried baskets is easy they also have comobo baskets and you get your order within 5 minutes or so, but not sure for other like crayfish.
