First time trying Fly Bye and it was great. We decided to order from their AZ Restaurant Week menu (3 items for $33). We had mozzarella sticks, brussel sprout salad and a Detroit style BBQ chicken pizza. Mozzarella sticks and the pizza were both cooked to perfection and crispy. We ordered curbside pick up so unfortunately I’m unable to leave a rating for their atmosphere but service was very prompt, food was good and very affordable. Next time we will have to dine in and try the chicken.

Breh… I was blown away. This place is top-notch. It was our first time visiting and we weren’t sure what to expect.
It’s a sit-down spot that also does a massive to-go business, and the employees were HUSTLING. No one was just standing around, and they were all so nice. There was a bit of a wait, but with how busy they were, I didn’t even mind. We were going to take the pizza home, but it was so good we ate the whole thing right there. We’ll for sure be back!

This was my second time here. I should have left a review the 1st time. Pizza and service are awesome. They have a good variety of pizzas to choose from. I recommend Detroit style although the thin is good as well. The dining area isn’t meant for large parties, but I am sure they would do their best to accommodate. Will definitely be back when I get that pizza craving.

Absolutely amazing! We’re in the process of relocating to Phoenix and stopped by twice this past week on a referral and we’re so glad we did. The experience was fantastic, and we truly love it here!
It also helped that the staff were all super friendly! I didn’t get to take a pic of their wings but their buffalo wings were phenomenal!! Must try!

The food at Fly Bye is insanely good! We came for Detroit style pizza but ended up loving so much more! The cheese sticks are made in house and seem to have a layer between the breading of pesto, probably the best cheese sticks I’ve ever had. The chicken wings were also exceptional! The pizzas were cooked perfectly and had a ton of flavor, not too salty and and the leftovers were great the next day!

I went for the 5-piece Chicken Tenders with Buttermilk Ranch for the sauce. They tasted fresh and delicious. Sometimes chicken tenders can be over fried or fried in old oil and it’s noticeable. That was not the case here; these were great! I’m not even sure what to compare it to. The obvious comparison may be a Raising Cane’s or something but that doesn’t feel like a fair comparison. You’ll just have to stop in and give Fly Bye a try!
Next time I will be trying their pizza. Everyone around us seemed to have a pizza and they smelled great. Everyone echoed the same sentiment in really enjoying their pizzas.

I live in metro Detroit and their pizza was delicious! It definitely stood up to some of our good places like Buddy’s Pizza and Michigan/Trumbull Pizza. The chicken tenders were amazing! The staff was great! When I return to Phoenix, I’ll definitely make a return visit.

This place is adorable…. The staff is amazing! Everyone was smiling and pleasant. From the front staff that took my order, Cali, to the chef that made by pizza with love, Chef Juice. That was the most orgasmic pizza food experience. Not joking. I got the Copper Hat pizza. I’m not a big pizza person, but it was perfection in all ways. I’ve now become that person, finding myself thinking about this pizza, and when i will get another one. Lol. The crust was crispy, but soft, the toppings were plentiful, fresh, and delicious. OHHH… MY…. GOODNESS!! Do yourselves a favor and go grab yourself a pizza.

Great PIZZA!!!! We ordered a 4 corner Detroit style pizza. We ordered half pepperoni with hot honey sauce and half Brooklyn. The pizza was very flavorful! The crust was perfection. We also ordered 12 wings. We ordered half buffalo and half hot honey. They had great flavor but weren’t cooked as crispy as we’d prefer and were a bit on the large side. That’s a preference and doesn’t take away from the fact that the food is DAMN GOOD! We ate in house and enjoyed every bite. The dine in area was very cute and clean. The staff were also very welcoming!
