Had a great time for brunch at Fluid510! Our server Lay was super kind, sweet, and fun to talk to and the team was accommodating to our last minute reservation changes we made. We enjoyed the Steak Sandwich, Classic Breakfast, and Kale Salad with Pork Belly. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was okay, not much flavor so I added Tabasco which made it better. Definitely recommend the Bottomless Mimosa as well, the drinks were great especially for the price! Thanks again to Lay for your amazing service.

Amazing drag brunch here! The entertainment was great and lively, and the food was delicious! I had the steak and eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly, the eggs had a nice bit of truffle in them and the potatoes had the perfect texture. The pork belly was also really tasty as were the cocktails.
The drag show was super fun and interactive, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely want to come back for more of their events!

Came here on a Sunday evening for a comedy night which is located upstairs. This is a pretty big bar, club, and venue space. The comedy club is upstairs and usually comes with a 2 item minimum, which includes food. I got an espresso martini and my friend got a margarita. We ordered the pizza belly pizza that had pork and jalapeños. We also got their chicken wings (Parmesan and herb) with a side of fries and it was really good. Service was great, they have a huge dance floor on the main floor and large bar area downstairs. There are plenty of bathrooms. There’s street parking not too far away and parking garages around the areas.

Bigger space for dancing, they have different cool events happening. Bartenders are hit and miss, some are friendly and nice, some don’t seem to want to be there. Very difficult to find parking! Nice little seating area in the front, and smaller room upstairs for different events. Overall would come in through here and there.

This place is amazing, the staff is polite, their service is exceptional. The food is delicious, tasty drinks, and the live music is on point, all around great atmosphere. I will definitely come back here, and bring more people.

Did a girls brunch with the bottomless mimosas. The Waiter Danny kept the drinks coming until he became sidetracked and forgot about, we only have 90 minutes to drink until the 90 minutes had passed now it’s time for US to leave; without the full service!!! Not cool…. We literally had to summons him several times.
Eggs Benedict was salty.
Chicken bites were brunt.
Took almost 15 minutes to receive syrup for the waffles.
My steak came well done not Medium and my eggs had truffle oil and was did ask for this not too be included.
Food is decent but not going back.

Don’t sleep on FLUID510’s Happy Hour! I’ve been a regular here for awhile. The food is delicious, especially the truffle fries, shrimp sliders and meatballs! Love the drinks, but also the atmosphere and friendly staff. One of the best happy hour spots in Oakland!

I went here to see a comedy show with a friend. The atmosphere was so warm and in inviting. The show was fun and after it, there was a dance party. I had the vegan parmesan, it was good but for the price way too small so I wouldn’t get that again. I also had a drink, it wasn’t that strong but it was tasty. They have a RuPauls drag race watch party every Friday so I want to go next Friday for the finale!
