We’ve been wanting to go here since they opened and finally made it, and it did not disappoint. We tried the mango pancakes and the blueberry caramelized and both were delicious. We also got refreshers to drink. You have to understand that the base of the pancake is eggs so it’s not going to be your traditional, sweet pancake but if you opt for sweet toppings, they do take on that taste. Will definitely return.

Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Café is a great spot for Japanese-style soufflé pancakes. The pancakes are light, fluffy, and delicious, with plenty of topping options. The café has a cozy vibe, but the tables, floors, and garbage area could be cleaner, which takes away from the experience.
It can get busy with limited seating, so expect a short wait.
Overall: Amazing desserts, but better attention to cleanliness would make it even better.

I found this place on Instagram and had high expectations. It’s located in a Duluth plaza with many Asian restaurants. The café is much smaller than expected, and the menu was missing items shown online. The barista seemed uninterested, which set the tone.
The pancakes were extremely fluffy – the fluffiest I’ve had, but the taste was disappointing. Too eggy for my liking. Fillings and presentation were good. The matcha was watery, and the prices felt high for what you get.
Overall: 3.5/5. Tried it once, won’t be back.

This is one of the best dessert places around Duluth area. The pancake is as light and fluffy as its name. Ingredients are fresh and most importantly, it is not too sweet. Everything tastes just right. I ordered a blueberry Soufflé pancake and it was enough for 2 people to share. Delicious ! Definitely check them out. They do get a little busy on the weekends, but it is worth trying. Small and cozy place. Can hold about 20 people at a time if you want to have a table to sit a d enjoy your soufflé. I ordered for takeout before but it doesn’t taste as yummy as when you sit there to eat it.

The Tiramisu, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, and Egg & Cheese Croffles are all made in-house, and you can taste the difference in every bite. Cute little coffee place/ cafe in town. We tried this place for the first time after trying their another branch. Not the best; but okay food experience it was.
Cute ambience and great staff. We tried a couple of items from their menu; savory item disappointed us but the dessert were delicious.
Their fluffy fluffy Egg and Avocado Benedict – didn’t like it. The flavor had something missing in it and I could taste/smell egg which was unusual. And they didn’t serve chips like the other location.
The show stopper dessert – strawberry and banana soufflé; it was yum, yum and yum. I couldn’t stop eating. And blueberry and banana soufflé was delicious as well.
One thing they need to improve is the silverware. Eating at a fancy place, on a fancy plate with plastic silverware was uncomfortable.
Overall a okay experience.

If you’re looking for something different and delicious, try this place. The pancakes are a fluffy cloud of heaven for the tastebuds. My favorite was the Biscoff fluffy pancake…soooo good! But the bacon Benedict pancake was also good…the right mix of sweet and salty. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their food. Looking forward to visiting again!

Firstly the restaurant itself is actually gorgeous, it feels calm and inviting even when it’s busy inside. I went there twice on my weekend vacation! The first time I went i got a delicious strawberry fluffy pancake, a mango mousse and a berry mousse.
My reasoning for a 4 star is because while everything looks pretty, alot of it does not taste pretty. The pancake was great, very delicious, be ware it does taste like an inflated egg. The mango mousse was not very tasty, tasted extremely artificial and the texture was off putting. The berry mousse tastes like the kids squzze yogurt placed in a fancy shape.
If you’re coming here for fancy aesthetics, this is it, if you’re coming here for taste you won’t find much of it.
I had a second pancake to go but did not get any photos of it. The pancakes to go did not taste as good as the made to order ones.

I tried the Ferrero pancake and it was rich and indulgent, while my husband had the matcha one, which was perfectly balanced and flavorful. Definitely a must-visit for pancake lovers!
