Yes, looking for good atmosphere! This is this place to go. A lot of fun activities for the kids while you wait. The best part of the meal was eating my kids dinner shrimp! In all fairness it is a shrimp place and I ordered a Mai Mai sandwich w/ fries. The fish was thinner than my tomato and I thought I was eating a tomato sandwich. With a few minor adjustments this place could be a really good place to eat.

Floyd’s Shrimp House in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is absolutely amazing! It’s easily one of the best places to eat locally. The prices are fair, the service is good, and the food is great. It’s my go-to place to eat whenever I’m in the area and this last trip didn’t disappoint. We had a group of 15 people in our party and everyone’s food was prepared perfectly. The filet’s were grilled to perfection, and the fish and shrimp were delicious. I highly recommend Floyd’s Shrimp House to anyone wanting a good meal.

Went here for the $15.99 unlimited shrimp. It was what we expected, fried, but also came with some fried fish too, slaw and fries. It wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed it and actually didn’t need another round. Drinks were pretty pricey. If you are expecting perfectly grill gulf to shore food I would suggest this wouldn’t be for you. Service was excellent our server, Alena couldn’t be more helpful. And she was very chipper!

We went for a late night meal and we enjoyed our time! Our server was very kind and attentive and the food was fresh and delicious! We got the shrimp tacos and all you can eat fish and shrimp. What made the night even better was walking on the beach at night after the meal. Great venue!

The food was absolutely some of the best that I’ve had in the area, and the atmosphere was stupendous!!! Tasty food right on the beach, watching the dolphins play?? Yes please. And the service! Wow! They have a great staff working there. We had the most adorable waitress named Kalli that made the family outing even more of an enjoyable experience, loved that girl! 10/10 would definitely recommend If you find yourself in the area!!

Our first time at Floyd’s was a success! Alligator bites, AYCE (which quickly became a joke, because I didn’t realize it stood for “All You Can Eat”), margaritas…delicious and fun! The atmosphere is amazing.

I’m only giving 4 stars bv the fries were cold. First off the area that its in is great. You can see the beach and board walk from where we was eating. The waiter we had was super helpful on helping us decide what to eat. We will definitely go back to this place once we are in town.

Beautiful view from the restaurant, you can walk right out to the beach. The food was delicious! Had the coconut shrimp which was plenty for even two people and the shrimp po was something we’ll def come back for!

Outstanding! Had great food and excellent service by Mason. I had the famous shrimp boat (coconut, scampi, and grilled teriyaki) rice, summer squash, and hush puppies. The others had the AYCE shrimp and fish which was an excellent bargain at $15.99 from 4-6pm.

The place was empty when I visited probably because of the off-season. Tried Captain’s platter and fish tacos. Loved the tacos. Other dish was just okay. Service was great but didn’t like the vibe that much. It has a good variety of shrimp dishes.
