I absolutely love flourish nutrition, their shakes are DELICIOUS and very filling. I have been drinking their protein shakes for about 2weeks and believe it or not I have lost about 12lbs, I never loss that much even when I went too the gym. My life/day is not complete until I go get a shake, it helps keep me full for a few hours and it’s Healthy! If you need a change in your life, and health at least give flourish nutrition a try. Also, the owner is very knowledgeable, and so friendly.
