Excellent croissant and carrot cake. While I preferred the carrot cake, both were rich, flavorful and fresh. The croissant was well-layered, perfectly flaky (except for the top being a tiny bit dense) and buttery. The carrot cake was so flavorful and rich, the icing sweet with real vanilla bean in it, and noticeable flavor of carrot. Prices were fair for the quality, recommended!

Thanksgiving croissant was absolutely delicious!!!!!! Only one thing was distasteful was the women working behind the counter. She was giving me and my son dirty looks & was VERY unwelcoming.. I sent a friend there later in the day to grab some pastries & they over heard her telling another customer..she’s not a fortune teller when they asked about an item being restocked. Distasteful for a tasty shop!

I got the creme brulee coffee specalty donut and it was the best donut and dare I say pastry I have ever had. The coffee cream filling was light and in perfect ratio to the fluffy, feathery donut. The creme brulee toping gave a satsifying crunch to the bite and the perfect hint of sweetness. Usually “an outrageous donut !!” constitutes throwing some chopped-up Kit Kats and Oreos onto an overly frosted donut, and voila. But this was a REAL, OUTRAGEOUS donut. 10/10 I will be back for more donuts.

We visited Flourbud Bakery on our way to Parrish Art Museum. It was so lovely to find a bakery with great quality pastries randomly.
Their Fig & Hazelnut Danish looks so pretty with crispy texture. We were also impressed by their Almond Croissant which the filling was moltened and rich.

Cristina helped me with my sister’s bridal shower by making four cakes and two different style cookies. Her suggestions and decorating ideas are sublime! The flavors of the cakes, fillings, and cookies (which were the party favors) were decadent and perfectly complimentary. Everything traveled so well and looked and tasted incredibly fresh and custom. Working with her and communicating about the order and pick up was seamless and stress free. I truly cannot recommend Flourbud enough. From the stellar work on this event, to their farmers market treats, this is by far and away my favorite bakery on Long Island. This small bakery packs a big punch when it comes to sweet and savory treats. They have seasonal items but you can always count on there being croissants, cookies, cakes, bread, sandwiches, dips, coffee, and tea. On Sundays they have donuts! Follow them on instagram to get updated menu items; they typically post specials in the morning. The sandwiches are out of this world. The flavors are strong but all done well. I loved the apple sandwich they had in the colder months. The BLT on their menu in July 2025 was perfection; nice crusty bread, fresh garden tomatoes, a savory mayo with herbs, and it was huge!

By far the best bakery I’ve ever been to. The staff is super nice and their baked goods are spectacular! The croissants have so many layers of light flaky goodness! The cookies are baked to perfection and taste just as good as they look. Everything they make here is so delicious, I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for some delicious baked goods!

I love Flourbud Bakery! Their breads and cookies are amazing. I always pick up treats here when we are invited anywhere and they are always beautiful and a big hit. Also, my family loves donut Sunday. It’s extremely cute inside and the staff is always friendly.

I was recently introduced to this establishment and have enjoyed everything I received,until today..
The same sandwich I’ve gotten several times I was told exactly I got used to them making was a favor and from now on take it as it reads on our board or pass ..
No substituting or omissions whatsoever..
I hate being spoken to as if I’m beneath anyone,especially if I’m spending in your business..
The only substitution will be the entire company collectively that from today that will no longer patronize this place after I returned with no lunch..
I myself was about a $100.00 a week and the others collectively 3-5 times that..
The food doesn’t outweigh the outright unprofessional behavior and disrespect..
