Flour to Fork has grown into a full eatery experience. Alongside our daily selection of breads, pastries, and confections, we offer made-to-order hot lunches, Friday night supper service, and a relaxed Saturday brunch. From morning bakes to evening meals, our food reflects thoughtful technique, seasonal ingredients, and a love for gathering around the table.

I stopped by Flour to Fork and tried the brown sugar marshmallow February special latte (iced) and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly balanced and such a fun seasonal flavor.
For food, I had the turkey pesto on focaccia with the broccoli cheddar soup — both were amazing. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, and the soup was rich and comforting. It even came with a slice of bread for dipping, which I loved. The portion size was very generous — I only ate half for lunch and saved the rest for later!
On top of the great food, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
10/10 recommend and I will 100% be going back!

I wish I could have bought one of everything! I got a pumpkin latte which was good, not too sweet, and nicely spiced. The bacon cheddar scones was buttery and delicious, and the maple pecan twist was flaky and divine! Atmosphere was quaint and comfortable. Too bad I don’t live around here or I’d frequent this place!

We visited yesterday and the food was pretty good.
Got some pastries afterwards and it was nice enough.
Returned the next day for lunch and again, the food was good. Of course we wanted a pastry, but it all went downhill there.
The two eclairs we got were both dry & stale which was very disappointing to say the least as it’s pretty pricey.

Flour to Fork (formerly Flour & Water Co.) is truly a staple of Woodstock and Shenandoah County. From the unique lunch café and brasserie to the thoughtfully curated market, Wednesday night pizza and pasta, and the upscale Friday night dinners, every experience is consistently outstanding.
The staff is devoted to world-class service—often remembering guests by name and always being attentive, responsive, and welcoming. The ownership team is friendly, approachable, and clearly engaged in the day-to-day operations, which makes a noticeable difference. The quality of the food rivals what you’d expect from a high-end downtown restaurant, yet it still feels warm, local, and inviting. A true gem for our community.

Excitedly I ordered Crossaint, Cheese, onion, potato pastry, my husband ordered eggs bacon pastry and my daughter got choc macaron. The crispiness, crunchiness omg it was heavenly. Overall the vibe was good lots of options for bakery lover.

Super cute bakery in the heart of downtown Woodstock. Pop in for a coffee, a pastry, or sit down for a meal.
The staff were all very sweet.

Great menu, something for everyone, including vegans and GF. The atmosphere is cozy, country chic. Everything we ordered looked great and tasted great. Decent wine, beer selection. Lovely service. We dined late on a Friday night coming from out of town on our way to the Shenandoah mountains. They were very accommodating when we arrived later than our res. and stayed past their typical closing.

I stop here every time I visit my grandparents in the countryside! The breads, pastries, cakes, and espresso drinks are all delicious.
There are a few lunch items, but I really wish there was more variety so people could come for a more balanced breakfast/lunch. It’d be nice to have more warm meal options other than the quiche/soup.
It’s a nice place to study or do work too. The inside is super cozy + there’s free wifi.

If it is possible to fall in love with a bakery, I did it in 5 minutes. I would literally move to this town for this bakery. I haven’t had pastries this good since being in France and I’ve had pastries from James Beard award winners. Name a big city, I’ve been there and I’ve had their “best” croissants, nothing compares to this. The lamination on the croissant products was heavenly. What a gem! Bravo to every member of the staff, front of house was particularly delightful and welcoming. I highly recommend this for anyone in the area.

Such an amazing first time experience! Quaint and cozy cafe/bakery that has that bakery down to a science! The baked goods, based alone on their high quality ingredients are amazing, but they are blended perfectly to make the most decadent and satisfying treat. So many drink options that I can’t wait to try on many more visits, including a selection of beer and wine (and gifts!). Owner was awesome, is a trained chef/techer. So truly, this is a place you need to visit on your way through WoodstockI-81. Five stars all the way!
