A MKE food truck favorite!! We show up wherever they are around the area. I’m not generally a wood fired pizza fan, but they are an exception. It’s the honey on the crust that makes it a winner. They always have such amazing combinations of ingredients, love all the wild mushrooms they use and the dill pickle pizza was my fave. They are super popular so the lines can look long, but they are friendly and efficient, so the short wait is more than worth it. 2023 intention: visit their West Allis shop for Detroit style pizza.

Was in the mood for pizza and wings and my wife told me about this place and decided to check it out. We ordered a salad which to my surprise was really delicious. We ordered their hot and sweet wings but were a bit sweet for me. I also ordered a pizza that had similar flavors as the wings and was good but i need to go back and try something without the hot honey. I love spice and thats why i went that route. The food was really good and fresh tasting. I would recommend.

Flour Girl & Flame does a great job of sourcing local and seasonal ingredients and always has a fun new special to try! Woman-owned, and staff have fun while making some delicious pizza. Love the new concept of Detroit slices in the shop with ice cream, while the sourdough pies are mobile at local events! The Detroit is so good — that caramelized cheese!

It was ok. The price is a little high for mid tier. The dough is heirloom wheat, but that only lends a grayish color and no flavor. Light on toppings, though they are organic. Lots of cheese and a sauce that covers up flavors.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while now. We ordered a pepperoni pizza from their Detroit Pizza Night & an order of their cheesy garlic strips. Amazing! Honestly the review from the guy on here from a few weeks ago had me needing to place an order immediately. My husband and toddler picked up the order & he said everyone was so friendly & they were chatting with my daughter while they waited. I really appreciate that & it was such a good experience we will be forever coming here for our pizza nights. Women owned, local business, amazing pizza & staff. Five stars!

Folks, this place is incredible. The house made focaccia is amazing. Light and delicious. The war and pineapple pizza was great, perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The pizzas are deceivingly filling, the crust is thicker than I expected and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back and highly recommended.

We got to experience this amazing pizza at a wedding last weekend. Dana’s personality is instantly lovable, she and her team are happy, cheerful, & helpful! They even helped us load our equipment in! I loved the pepperoni jalapeño pizza, & I didn’t enjoy pizza crust until it was drizzled with their hot honey….mmmm, that creation would be great on so many foods! I hope to see more of this fabulous crew and their skills…and food!!!
