I was happy to find a quality pizzeria while visiting Roseville. I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza and it’s even harder with a gluten intolerance but they do a great job! They make really good thin crust Neapolitan style pizzas, their salads are great also and they have a delicious gluten free crust which can be a bit difficult to find. I definitely recommend! Only addition to their menu that would be great would be some clean bottled options for root beer and ginger beer.

I tried Flour Dust Pizza for the first time based on a family recommendation and I was very impressed! I placed the order to-go online and was impressed with the fast service and friendly staff. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and I really like how it wasn’t greasy at all, had fresh ingredients, and was cooked perfectly. I ordered the large ceaser salad and it was perfect to share between two people. My only recommendation would have been for a little more Parmesan cheese on the salad as it hardly had any. All in all, I thought the food was great and I’ll definitely be back in the future for more pizza!

Flour Dust Pizza Company was outstanding. The pizza was absolutely amazing, high-quality ingredients, baked in a real pizza oven, and somehow not greasy at all. Even reheated the next day, it was just as good, which says a lot.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they’re serving. A special shoutout for the off-menu pasta: butter noodles with garlic. It was a huge hit with my very picky 5-year-old, which is no small feat.
But the real highlight, and something that could easily be missed, was the brisket sandwich. I sadly learned it’s only a winter offering, but wow wheeeee… it was hands down one of the most balanced and flavorful sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Every bite burst with flavor.
If you’re reading this and it’s still cold out, do not hesitate, get the sandwich.

Great wood fired pizza and appetizers. We had the heirloom salad and flat bread appetizers. Pepperoni pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients and superb crust. Place has a cool vibe and nice outdoor seating area. We will be back!

I was completely blown away. They’ve taken the same incredible quality and creativity they’re known for and applied it to a brunch menu that is just outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavors that were perfect for a weekend morning.
It’s so wonderful to see a favorite local spot expanding and knocking it out of the park. They’ve truly outdone themselves! If you love Flour Dust for dinner, you have to come back and try their brunch. 10/10, five stars, cannot wait to be back!

Best gluten free pizza ever – seriously! I would venture to say it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, even before having to go gluten free. My husband and I have been frequenting Flour Dust for over a year and have tried every pizza on the menu and most of their salads. Every. Single. Thing. Is. Delicious. I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and we’ve never had a bad experience and we’ve been A LOT. Like, once a week for a few months in a row I highly recommend the Ali’s Special with the crispy prosciutto or their seasonal pizza the Fig N Pig and summer salad. 100/10. You won’t regret it!

Wow. This is some of the best wood fired pizza I have ever had. The crust is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a thin crust that’s soft and flakey. Their pizza sauce and their spicy caesar dressing is also quite good. Definitely in the top 3 for best pizza in the Roseville/Rocklin area.

I LOVED this place. The pizza dough, cooked in a wood burning stove, was amazing. I had the KB special and the beat salad. Both were delicious. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and the beers, always at the ready to refill my water too. I am also very grateful how easy they made it for my father in law who has difficulty getting around. We are definitely coming back.

This place was voted one of the best for a very good reason. The menu is full of enticing choices, but not overwhelming. We ordered the Helena, a pepperoni and the garlic bread. The crust is a great combination of crisp and soft. The flavor of the fresh ingredients topped with fresh mozzarella are outstanding. Great service and atmosphere make this our new go-to for wood fired pizza.
