Absolutely wonderful! We were glamping up in the Shenandoah National Park and dropped down to Luray to listen to the Singing Tower Carillon. Flotzies appears to be a permanently anchored food truck. It’s on the corner of a huge parking lot with a set of tables and umbrellas to sit and enjoy your treats. Apparently they have a special flavor (ours was butter pecan), and so there were a few specials capitalizing on that flavor. I had a Praline Sundae based on it. Their menu on Google was hard to read so I took several pictures and cropped each page to upload here. The custard was absolutely the creamiest I have tasted and the flavors were natural and not overpowering. If you are in Luray you need to go to Flotzies!
