I have NEVER HAD MORE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN I HAD AT THIS PLACE! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! THE MANAGER SAYS HIS NAME IS “MARCUS” AND IF HE IS THE MAN HOLLERING OUT THE WINDOW AT CUSTOMERS (AS I WITNESSED WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4) THEN I AM NOT SURPRISED AT THE FAILING STATUS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! He further tells a lady in front of me that “we don’t even have a phone, you must’ve called the wilson location” after I literally just got off of the phone with his rude, disrespectful self from ordering my very own food! Also, the other, older man outside had just told that lady in front of me to “park across the street and go inside and pick it up” and that is apparently what the lady did but was met with this outrageously rude, APPARENTLY IGNORANT person!

Been to Flos Kitchen in Rocky Mount twice now. Amazing is all I can say. The fatback biscuits are outstanding, I had scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, grits, a sausage and egg biscuit and a bacon and egg biscuit, all of it was absolutely delicious. The biscuits are classic and huge, the food is well made, and their sweet tea is a 5 out of 5. I recommend Flos Kitchen to anyone. Line may look long, but they move you through quickly. I will be returning many times.

1st time here. Sunset blvd location opened recently March 2026. Didn’t know what to expect. There is no indoor dining. There is only one window for drive through which is where you pick your order up. Someone comes to your vehicle to take your order. I arrived maybe 4 min before closing which was 12 and was able to order amongst a line of cars but the wait wasn’t too long. Ordered two pancakes and a ham omelette for $17. Portion sizes were good. But one of my pancakes were burnt. However, the one I tasted was very tasty! Omelette was good, but ham was a bit salty. I guess that’s fresh country ham for you. I intend to return and try some other menu items.

I don’t care what no one says. It’s my first time having Flos and I have to tell you it was so good. Got my food fast and enjoyed a real country breakfast. Man I’m glad with everything I received from the customer service to the good food. Keep up the good work. Flos is here to stay baby.

Been 3 times and have not gotten my entire order EVERY time! Nobody has time to keep going back to this place every time THEY forgot to put everything in the bag and being charged for it! And the biscuits dry as hell and have no taste at all. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s a no for me and I will not be returning!
