So for my best experience having breakfast this year. Been wanting to come here for a while, and I definitely want to do it again. The staff was great and very attentive.

Last night we decided to pay Florie’s a visit and were we in for a treat? Starting with a lovely atmosphere at the bar and Passiflora cocktail onto the gorgeous outdoors patio seating dining with fresh baked bread, champagne, Heirloom Tomato and Peach Carpaccio followed by New Zealand Lamb Shank and of course their special chocolate souffle for dessert and fresh brewed coffee. Level of detail, on par with Michelin star establishments without all the fuss. Staff attentiveness, top notch. Well done Florie’s. You’ll be seeing us back very soon.

Amazing anniversary dinner experience at Florie’s. The appetizer (carpaccio) is indeed the best. The cocktails yes they’re pricey but worth it as they’re with fresh herbs. And the lovely complimentary dessert with white coconut chocolates and caramel macaroons were yummy. Best of all is the service (Marcus is the best!) and the ambience. The only reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because the entrees (we got the pork ribs and spaghetti arabbiatta) were so-so. The pork ribs were a bit tough and the portions didn’t have enough meat in them. Both weren’t value for money. Though the presentation and playing looked awesome. Will definitely come back!

When I researched a special spot to celebrate during a really important girls trip I read a lot of great reviews about Florie’s, yet none really compared to the actual experience we had. I haven’t had a meal experience like Florie’s in a long long time if maybe ever and I’m from NY! We were celebrating some special big birthdays and we were greeted with champagne, well wishes and some really thoughtful conversation by the Maitre De, Chris. Truly a wonderful welcome. Then Marcus our waiter took his time to really explain some dishes, make suggestions and even help us find the perfect wine. While it wasn’t busy, we felt very taken care of. We sat on the verandah and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Everything that you think looks good on the menu, is! We tried many dishes and savored them all. They brought out special dessert to help us celebrate friendship and our 40th birthdays, it truly felt like they were celebrating with us. This review probably won’t do your trip justice either so I highly recommend you find out for yourself. I will be back with my husband next time I’m in Palm beach for sure. Thank you Florie’s for a memorable and delicious meal.

The black truffle pasta was an off-menu special the evening we dined here and it was utterly phenomenal. The pasta itself seemed like it was made in-house and the sauce was exquisite. The mint- and lemon-infused olive oil that came with the bread was also a nice touch that provided a burst of freshness. The Green Circle Chicken with potato mousseline was lackluster in comparison, a bit too salty and overall “meh.” Our server was wonderful and provided us with excellent recommendations and service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to those looking for a more laid-back fine dining experience.

My family and I went to Florie’s for the first time and we could not be happier with our dining experience. To start of the evening we had one of their crafted cocktail which were innovative and flavorful.

A lovely resort and amazing food. The staff, perfect-professional-friendly. The view-incredible, after dinner-walking on the private (dog friendly) beach at sunset was the topping on the cake! What a lovely evening!

I recently visited Florie’s and was very impressed with my experience. The menu offered a great selection of food options. I especially loved the whole Dorade, which was cooked to perfection and served table side.

Bar is excellent. If you want to actually enjoy a meal you have no business eating here. The food was bad at best and honestly made me not want to visit another four seasons again. Appetizers: bread good, zucchini flower stuffed with crab was inedible trash, basically what I assume was lentils stuffed into a flower and tasted absolutely terrible, Burrata was fine nothing remarkable but enjoyable. Entrees lamb shank was dry, tasteless and unseasoned, the sweet potatoes side was one of the worst things I’ve tasted along with the sauce in the plate. Waiter told me this was the signature dish. My wife had the A5 waygu as her entree. The meat was good the sauce that came with it had no reason for being on the same plate. The service was atrocious for the price I would compare it to a diary queen with teenagers serving the ice cream. Overall I would not come back and would highly recommend any of the other hotel restaurants around this.
