Food was hot, and okay. Our waitress mentioned to another table that this was the last day they were open until Valentine’s Day. It seemed to maybe effect the food flavor a bit. Or maybe that’s how their food is normally. Some locals said it was the best itialian restaurant, I wouldn’t put it to the best. Waitress put off the vibe of she didn’t want to be there and was just done. We went in at 11:30. I doubt they had been open long. Our waitress also handed my 9 year old daughter a very hot plate and she had red spots on her hands for a few hours after. Waitress didn’t mention the bowl was hot to my child. I instantly took the bowl from my child when she said it was hot. It was very hot to my hands as well. No remorse from the waitress. Having to ask for parmesean and red peppers for pizza. Wasn’t the best experience for us. I’m not sure we would visit again if in the area.

I came in with a party of 8 (7 adults and a baby). We were seated immediately, and the rest of the service was just as amazing. Our server was personable and quick with our needs. The food was all large portions and very good!

Service was warm and friendly. Food was excellent. Overall a great experience. My husband and I both had the lasagna del Casa and it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had out. I make my own cheeses and pasta and this lasagna rivaled mine at home. Just as good. Absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be back.

I have Alpha-gal so it’s usually very hard to find foods I can eat at restaurants. But they had bread and pasta here that was safe for me to eat and it tasted very good. They were super nice and happy to help accommodate to my allergies. If you have alpha-gal I would highly recommend you try eating at here.

When we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted by Jamemilia who let us know there would be a 30 minute wait. This wait was obviously a result of the restaurant’s popularity as there were several parties also waiting with us. We opted to spend the time in the bar and were greeted by bartender Joe with a very polite smile and prompt service. Highly recommend the Margarita Italiano if you get the chance. We were so busy enjoying ourselves we missed our seating text, but Jamemilia remembered we were waiting in the bar and politely called us for our table. Our server was Dougan and he offered recommendations when we asked, as this was our first visit, and those recommendations did NOT disappoint!! I had the pork shank risotto and my friend Dawn had the chicken carbonara. Highly recommend either!! We both had enough for lunch the next day!

We come to Branson 2-3 times per year and I always make sure we come to Florentinas! The cannelloni is always perfection and everyone leaves with full bellies and leftovers. Today’s visit was especially great, as Kylie provided us possibly true best service experience we have had in Branson. She was friendly, attentive, and fast with requests. She is def raising the bar on food service!

We were coming in from a golf day & had to be to an 8:00pm show. We put our reservation in. A 39 minute wait. Sean was at the bar & helped us select a delicious sweet red wine. Loved it! Time was tight. Sean let us order our delicious seafood ravioli & meatballs. He then got us a table so we could enjoy our food so we weren’t late to our show. The food was delicious! The service was impeccable! Sean, you are amazing! Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant & server/bartender!

Great service, even better food. Newbie here, visiting from NY. My waitress, Sabrina, recommended the trio and my lil flaming drink. That was cool and quite random. Food= Awesome sauce, I couldn’t finish it!!!!! She was attentive and always had a smile on here face. Thank you for making my time here memorable.

Food arrived for 4 of the 6 at our table. First they said the food for the remaining 2 was coming out next. Then after everyone was done with their meals, they tell us they just started making our meals. They finally bring it out and all food was pretty good. Wait staff blamed it on a new solo cook. We can forgive that.
We went back this evening, all 6 ordered, 3 got served meals, then wait staff says they are out of soup so other options will have to be chosen. He brings one menu for 3 people.
They need better training on restaurant
Management and work on proper timing so a table gets to eat together instead of half eating while half watch. 2 couples paid with cards, one paid with cash and no change was brought back. Never assume we wanted to leave a tip of that amount for this experience. Always give change back and you may get more or less for the experience.
