This was my childhood high school coffee stand so I’ve been going here for like 10 years but never will I ever come through this drive-through again! The two barista’s working were the rudest incompetent just not friendly at all girls I have ever seen work for Florence Coffee company. If you know me, I’m a hands-down Floco lover, but never will I step foot at this coffee shop ever again at this location. If you want a friendly barista, go to Florence go to Corvallis go to Hamilton anywhere else but this coffee shop. You women need to take a class on kindness.

I have been waiting in the drive thru for 17 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the window, with TWO cars ahead of me. In total it took 26 minutes to get my coffee at 10am (not rush times). We won’t ever return. The latte was watered down and the shots were left too long on the bar after pulling. Not impressed.

I bought four coffees and two go cups the day before Christmas, and when I got home realised my husband‘s quad shot Cappuccino was actually a latte. I’ve been trying to contact them for four days to see if I can get a credit for it and they have not responded to messenger, email, or the messages I’ve sent on their link they give in messenger, and when I tried calling them, it said the phone was disconnected. I really thought it would be a simple matter of them, apologising to me for the mix up and giving me credit for another cappuccino, but clearly I was wrong.

We Drove up and ordered a cold brew, but sweeter then its normally made, as I have for years. However, this time im told by employee Casady, with a serious attitude “to make it sweeter, that will be .25cents an oz extra!” I was confused as Noone has ever said that at any of the flocos Ive been to, up and down hwy 93. I questioned her and she became more agitated insisting this is a policy. The attitude, extra charge for a sweeter drink, and cassadys unfriendly disposition has me avoiding that stevensville location all together, to get coffee. With all the coffee shops to choose from in stevi it wont affect me. word of mouth, and so many coffee shops available it’s important to be friendly, and consistent to attract returning customers. I would check sales from last few months, compare them to this time last year and see if sales are already decreasing. I have a business on main street too, and I know how important customer service is for business. It was shocking at first, but then frustration kicked in as she kept the attitude and had another gal hand the coffees to us. Bad reviews are not something I do or take time out unless exceptional service, or real bad
service. Please explain the importance of being polite, & train how to hold to policies (if that is one) in a way that isnt so disrespectful or rude.

Years ago was my favorite place to get coffee. Unfortunately the quality has really gone down hill, I wish it weren’t the case, because I love local shops like this.

Last time I went I ordered the biggest blended coffee they make (it’s $9!) and not only was the lady rude, but she made it iced instead of blended and refused to fix it. She told me I’d have to throw it away and order another one.

The coffee is too sweet and has a burnt taste to it.

As far as I know this is specific to this location, Lolo seems pretty good for the most part. I will not give them another dime though because of how this was handled.

sadly had to give them 2 stars. Lady’s in the stand were rude and impatient. you can have a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers who are paying for your product. probably not coming back. chai tea wasn’t mixed and the ladies vibes were so bad that it polluted all my coffee i bought from them, one spilled in my car and the others i just had to simply throw away. literally never go here a waste of money.

Altho my vehicle was the only one in line it took a uncomfortably long while before I was acknowledged. Do I honk the horn? I mean the gal was like right there!! Think I was bothering a texting session or something.
The hot coffee beverage was made to the recipe and pretty darn good. No tip was left in the can.
