I got a coffee and it was so disgusting. I told them decaf and caramel n oat milk and I got almost black coffee! I’m so upset and I drove from palmer Street to Brooks . Waste of my gas. Now I have a migraine due to the regular coffee and with auto immune that’s no good.

I love this coffee shop and have been coming here for some time now. For some reason though today all of a sudden they can’t scan my mobile app or give me my free drink? I never have this problem with the girls in the morning time but today June 10th around 2:40 she said they can’t accept or scan the mobile app and that I have to have a physical Florence coffee card so I was unable to get my free drink. I was just there yesterday and they had no problem scanning the app or using it. I would like a manager or someone to please reach out to me if possible so that way I can figure out if I need to get a completely new coffee card because I lost mine in order to get my free drink or if I’m still able to use the app? What’s the point of having the app if the employees won’t scan it? She just flat out refused to scan it at all for me to even get my punch.

No matter what location I go to. Every time the coffee is burned and tastes terrible. Even when I order a lotus instead they can’t even make that right. It comes out looking the wrong colors and you can’t even taste the flavor it’s like flat sparkling water at that point. I’m always disappointed when I go here.

I had a latte flavored Huckleberry….. perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it’s hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.
My boyfriend got the Huckleberry smoothie….it was excellent, beware it was more of a milkshake than a smoothie.

Whether I stop at the Brooks location, S Reserve, Palmer, or Orange Street, all the baristas are friendly and engaging. Even when I’m still waking up and haven’t given all the information I need for my order, or I repeat it because I’ve confused myself, they’re incredibly patient, sweet, and personable in interactions. Special shoutout to Grace and her great sweaters, Matt’s amazing t-shirts, and Mia’s positive energy. I’m slowly learning barista’s names, so please know I value and appreciate you all!
