Chateau Buena Vista is located in downtown Napa. One of the most chic tasting rooms I’ve been to. So cute and aesthetic!
Our experience was amazing! We did the caviar + wine tasting and the Cabernet + chocolate pairing. We loved it so much we bought few bottles and chocolate to share with friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ✨

We stopped in on our last day for a laid back wine tasting and it was perfect. Mary is so sweet and we learned so much in a short time. Loved this place and will absolutely be coming back on our next visit!

My friend and I had an amazing experience tasting at Chateau Buena Vista! Ali took care of us, and she was super sweet and inviting. The wine’s we tried were delicious and the decor is absolutely beautiful, with so much to look at. They offer a caviar tasting as well as a paired chocolate and wine tasting. The chocolate is to die for, and we ended up going home with some! Definitely check out Chateau Buena Vista if you are visiting Napa.

We had an excellent experience. We did the most basic wine tasting, and added on the chocolate plate. The wines were diverse, and paired well with the chocolates. The best part of our visit was our server, Patti! She was kind, helpful, and told really engaging stories. Very eclectic interiors design. It was fun 🙂

This place has it all! Phenomenal wine and extraordinary service. The tastings are great and the wine is amazing, but what really sets this place apart is the amazing service. Mary is a remarkable wine expert. She gave us great education, had amazing recommendations, and just made our experience the best out of our trip. She truly catered to our tastes, listened and got to know us to make perfect wine pairings. Of course it doesn’t hurt that the wine is superb, and truly they have a wine to accommodate everyone’s taste.

I can’t speak highly enough of the management, service, wine, and chocolates! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explain each wine and pairing. The warm atmosphere of the staff is enhanced by the uniquely decorated space. Make sure to add this to your stop in Napa!!

Two friends and I visited Napa Valley for a girls’ weekend and were drawn to Château Buena Vista by its beautiful pink interior and the chocolate and wine pairings. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour. While the chocolates were delicious and the ambiance stunning, the service left much to be desired.
We arrived close to closing and were told tastings were unavailable, but we could enjoy wine by the glass. I decided to purchase a bottle of Ida’s Pinot Noir for $55—the same wine I had been enjoying. At checkout, the server asked for my email for an e-receipt, then subtly selected a 25% gratuity option on the card reader without asking. Shocked, I adjusted it to 18% but didn’t notice the final total due to the lack of a paper receipt.
Later that evening, I checked my email and discovered I had been charged $125 for a completely different Pinot Noir that wasn’t even on the menu. We were leaving the next morning, so I couldn’t dispute the charge in person. I called the Château and was promised a callback, but it’s been over a week with no response.
While the venue is gorgeous and the chocolates are outstanding, this experience was completely ruined by the deceitful behavior of one staff member. Be very cautious of what you’re being charged if you visit. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
