Excellent food at a decent price point. Great location, friendly service with a wide selection of food choices and a variety of drinks, kids and adults will find this restaurant worth a visit.

Ok, it is obviously the wait staff here that make this place a wonderful place to dine.
The food leaves alot to be desired and the drinks even more at their pricing.
The salsa must be from Albertsons next door. It’s so sad and the chips even sadder. The salsa is probably Pace if at best. Yep that sad.
But the staff! Wonderful! Kind and happy.
So that says alot in its self.
Wish the food looked better to order we would have stayed to eat. Knew better with bag chips and plastic bottle salsa.
We cut and ran after the poor quality drinks at high prices.
Hope it improves as they have comfortable seating that is good for people of all sizes and wonderful wait staff.

I love nachos ! Their steak nachos are the best ! The pieces are so generous and tender. Everything I’ve tried there has been really tasty fresh. The restaurant is very clean nicely decorated. The people are so nice everything fresh not canned you can tell. I have been to many Mexican Restaurants here and this is the BEST . I looked at their menu and they see open for breakfast! And they have a Kids meal . The prices are very reasonable, and they make yummy virgin pina colada. Try it you’ll like it

Excellent food, and Eduardo, the owner, creates such a warm atmosphere. It was pretty busy throughout the night, which is an example of how it’s been a neighborhood favorite. I’ve been here a couple times, and it never disappoints. It has its own unique and delicious take on dishes.

Objective rating: Service was poor. Waiter acted like. he had ADHD. Would ask how we are doing as he was running past, only 3 tables had customers. When ordering our friend couldn’t pronounce the food item and the waiter was not helpfull. On one occassion the waiter mumbled something and we discovered we had accedentally ordered guac. When she realized what she did tried to cancel but got a hard time from the waiter. In the end he did give us a discount. Had to be careful to speak in case you ordered. Google maps has a menu that is really old. Out dated pricing. Asked for separate bills, got one bill. We left unimpressed especially when we considered our subjective assesment of the food.

We have been here in the past, before the renovations, and had a better experience. We’re not sure if ownership has changed, but something clearly has. For a Friday, the restaurant was surprisingly empty with almost no customers.
The food quality and service were both poor. The restaurant had only about three tables, yet it took a long time for the waiter to come to our table. Every time we asked for something, it was forgotten, and when we reminded her, she seemed irritated.
The beans were spoiled and had a bad taste, so we returned them. Instead of handling it professionally, the waiter appeared upset, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable, and we will not be returning.

Red palm desert
I walked in and placed a order for 2 item plate to go. Had standard items and no additional. The price on the menu was $14.95 BUT I was charged $19.52 and at first he handed me $.0.20 and I said it was $20 and he then opens the register and said oh I made a mistake and hands me $0.25 more. When I got my food I showed him the menu and said you state $14.95 for 2 items and I proceeded to the door. I told him he was a thief and he followed me out and said they have new pricing bur they should change there menus if that is the case. I don’t believe it! I would never recommend this place as they are thieves!!!

The place was packed on a Monday evening. We wanted to sit in the patio but it was full but the staff kept an eye for the next available patio table and later they moved us to the patio.
Staff was super busy but they served as an everything that we wanted. The young lady who served us was super sweet.
They served us complimentary chips and salsa. We requested the habanero salsa which was a bomb. It was so delicious. The fajitas was flavorful and hot. The gave us extra corn tortillas.
I’ll definitely be back.

Moving here from L.A., I thought it might be a challenge to find chicken tacos that measured up to the quality I was used to. I looked at reviews for other places but the flavors just didn’t cut it. While waiting for my car to be washed I walked over to Flor De Jalisco to kill some time, not expecting much but was I ever surprised! The chicken tacos were the BOMB! The slivers of avocado and the sprinkled cheese were such a great touch and was exactly what I was looking for. They have an outdoor patio dining area which I love in the cooler months. I’ve made friends with groups at other tables who have invited me over to share margaritas! The staff here are so awesome, very personable and they always remember me. If ever I’m feeling yucky with a cold my husband knows the way to get me to feel better is to pick up some chicken tacos from Flor De Jalisco. Such a gem!

I come here all the time because I love the food . My favorite is chicken Minerva burrito, I love their red and green sauce. The amount of food is good as well. The only complaint I have about this place is the servers are always busy or ignores side request easily. I go there for food that’s about it. They are very careful with napkins and it is uncomfortable to keep asking while they are busy taking other clients. It is a small restaurant but usually there are 1-2 server at most. Also to note they also charge extra fee if you are using credit card. The price of food have changed over years and it’s getting pricier each time.
But I still go there because I just love their burrito and chips and salsa. They have good margaritas too. I wish they have more non alcoholic drinks besides Jamaica and soda. Other than that over the years I have learned to carry cash so I don’t pay extra on my food. I like to leave good tip if they do good service but since most of the times they really are not customer focused I feel like do they deserve it for not attending to customers? But then the cooks are doing their jobs well. And I do go there more than often. So for a quick food and close by other stores , it’s a nice place to have drink and I suggest anyone going there to try Minerva burrito for sure.
