The employees dont seem to hate working there. Even when the line is long, if you put in a pick up order, the cashier checks your name to see if your orders on the shelf.
And to reiterate, the food is always “good”. “Good” might even be underselling it. Their burrito tortilla is always toasted perfectly, their hash browns always crisp while the “meat” of the potatoes are not overly hard, the breads in their croissant sandwiches are never stale or soggy from the cooking. It is always “good”.
Maybe they could have some sort of “must have” menu item if they decided to soak one of their sandwiches in fatty mayo or something, but they dont. All their items are normal, and its always executed “good”
Price is also pretty good. There is no reason to go out of your way to try this place, but if you are nearby, or its on your commute path, you should know about this place and go to it.
A few days ago, I decided to stop by and check this place out. I’ve seen people in and out all the time. It was a few doors down by the busy bakery, and the also busy Ramen & teriyaki/sushi places.
Ordered the Flooky’s breakfast burrito. I asked them to make it spicy (most places could do this by adding salsa picante or other kinds of hot sauce), and they said they don’t have hot sauce. So they only have regular pico de gallo and gave me some more on the side.
The burrito itself was pretty big, packed with fillings of hash browns, eggs, ham and bacon. It cost $12.99. The taste was okay.
If you like stronger flavor like I do in your breakfast burritos, you would have to add something to suit to your likings. Hence, the 4 stars.
The service was great.
Parking could be difficult sometimes. They shared a small parking lot with other busy bakery/cafe, restaurants, and businesses,
