I won’t lie, the burgers are amazing, but if you ever take a step into that kitchen, you’ll never order food from here again. I have worked in multiple restaurants throughout the years, and this one by far takes the cake by being the most unclean, unbearable, and unsanitary by far. Feel free to look up the health code violations.The owners treat their staff like garbage, which is why chagrin was closed due to a staff staged walk out. Enjoy their food! Edit. FlipSide somehow has gotten better, if that was even possible! After moving into the former One Red Door, FlipSide has an even cleaner and more modern look on the inside. I love visiting FlipSide, and I was so excited to see that they had their amazing milkshakes back this time! I always get the mac and cheese, the FlipSide burger, and an apple pie milkshake. I can honestly say I have never once been disappointed with my meal at FlipSide! Our waiter, Dustin, was polite, personable, and very on top of things. I definitely recommend FlipSide to anyone looking for an incredible burger or just a good meal in general!

Went here for Carryout and the food was fantastic. Not all places have mastered carry out but FlipSide did a great job. We ordered corn dogs, 2 burgers, and the truffle Parmesan fries. Delicious!

Burger a lil greasy temp was good but I’ll order well done next time to try. Our waitress was really kind and attentive. Beer selection is great! They just remodeled and its beautiful, cozy feeling burger spot with plenty of tvs to see for sports. Whoever did the decorating was spot in for the vibe. Beautiful chairs!

First time dining out since I can remember, had a wonderful experience here. They took all of the necessary precautions, spacing, masks etc. Burger I ordered was perfection, came out nice and hot. Wonderful flavor combination, service was expedient/polite, great atmosphere, loved it! Will definitely be back to try some of their more adventurous creations!
