Service is great! We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza and it was delicious! It was made fresh and quick! This pizza is huge we had to get a “doggy bag” to take the rest home. We also ordered some cookies which hit the spot. If you do not want your cookies crunchy I would definitely recommend to request to cook the cookies 1 minute less. Picture are of the cookies cooked 1 min less. If you ain’t eating from here you are definitely missing out on great pizza. The garden salad is another great side to get. Definitely coming back!

pizza is one of the hardest foods to rate since people have different preferences. I really enjoyed this pizza, it had more cheese than other pizzas I’ve had and I thought it was delicious. the crust had a really nice crunch to it as well.

Flippin’ Pizza makes the best pizza in the Dana Point and Beach Cities area. After growing up in NY and having tried dozens of California pizza shops with sagging slices over the years, Flippin’ Pizza is the first one that hit the mark when it comes to NYC style pizza. A thin crust that’s sturdy enough to hold the toppings and does not get saggy. The Tomato Basil Garlic White pie is great. Bravo!

Ordered online at 6:30 for delivery and the confirmation page said 45 minutes and an hour goes by. I call them and they say another 15-20 minutes but the order is done. Offer to pick it up, I live 5 minutes away, then when I get there the order is not done because they forgot something. They say 7 minutes, 10 minutes go by and say another 4… just left with my incomplete order. So about 1h 20m of waiting for COLD pizzas that takes less than 20 minutes to make. 5 people working, nobody inside, doesnt look busy at all. Where is the communication like after 30 minutes?

I’m so excited to have a Flippin’ Pizza close by. I first started ordering from the San Diego locations and missed it when I moved up here. Carl and his team are friendly & provide A+ service every time!

I ordered three pizzas for the office and two salads. Pizzas were very hot when I picked them up and did not need reheating when I got back to the office. Everyone LOVED it and we will be ordering again. I highly recommend the Whitestone and the Artichoke salad.

Pizza is pretty hard to screw up, so in my eyes, it’s all about service and reliability. I ordered online. It quoted me 45 mins; no big deal. An hour later, I call and they admit that they never saw the order (directly through their website..??), and now it will be two hours for pizza. Order over the phone; they haven’t quite gotten their tech act together.
